Ordered item on the weekend, it had shipped out by Monday. Received item in excellent condition the eight days later (not the fault of vpgames.com... my advice, just don't use first class mail to ship your item).  
 
Overall an excellent transaction!

Do not shop with this company. I ordered a package, paid for it, and have never received it.

These guys are the real deal! I received my item in the expected time frame (4 days) and it works perfectly. Thanks vpgames, will keep you guys in mind.

I found the ease of the website VPgames to be wonderful. They shipped my order out right away and there was no hassles. the exlanation of price and shiiping costs was easy to understand. The product I ordered was in mint shape and worked perfectly. I will use them again and send other people to their website for any of there needs.

Terrific experience all around. Shipping was quick and items packed well.  
One thing that I did find impressive was the fact that an email sent to the "support" email address was actually replied to. Those are usually a big black hole.

Items are as described I am very happy with that, I am not happy with delivery time. I cannot believe 10 days from order to recieve is acceptable in todays climate. UPS sat on the package for about 4 days. In fairness to VPgames they processed order promptly, but dropped ball with shipper. I contacted them about this and recieved email saying it was because of weight, BS. it was 2 xbox dvd drives, I had ordered 2 xbox hard drives from competitor at same time, approximately same weight. I recieved them 5 days sooner!? Both companies gave free shipping. I'm just sayin', fix the shipping issue, then You will be A+ in my book!

I ordered a 120gb xbox 360 hard drive, for an extremely reasonable price, and when it arrived, there was no data migration kit, as vpgames' info promised. Frustrated, I phoned them and left a message asking what could be done about the situation. Though it did take some time for them to get back to me (I JUST recieved an email 4 or 5 days later), they were more than willing to comply with immediately shipping me the data cable for free, or a partial refund of $15. I'm now extremely satisfied with vpgames' customer service... Better late than never. ;-)

Unfortunately, the screwdrivers are of very low quality, so I couldn't get the Nintendo DS Lite case open. The screwdrivers began to "peel off", and they were also damaging the screws.  
Couldn't try the touch screen, didn't open the protective filter. They look good though...

Fantastic service -- the item arrived sooner than expected, packaged well, and working fine. I'm very happy with this merchant and would definitely buy from them again!

Before I tried VP Games, I bought a playstation 3 from another online store and It just turned into this frustrating experience I want to just forget about. I didn't get my playstation so I tried this store and encounter a similar problem but handled much differently. The shipping was fixed the same day I emailed support and even had a nice $15 refund for being a little late. I feel the support is fair with an exceptional commitment to the satisfaction of the costumer. Normally, I would give a company like this a 9, but since it's their first review, I'm giving them a 10 so more people will notice.
