Product was better than some of the third party gun adapters made for the Wii. I purchased two WIIOGSTYLEZAPPER and my son and his cousin had a shooting fest at the holiday. I had seen some third party products of this type in retail stores and they were made of lesser quality. These units also shipped on time and were well packaged. Merchant also sent some coupons for future purchases.

The controller was all gooey & sticky. Also the right thumb stick was loosen. The controller was almost transparent from overused. Will never buy from Vpgames again.

I was very happy with the fast shipping. It works very well and makes things very convient. My boyfriend loves it, but he says that the power adaptor is very large and it makes things unconvienent.

Placing the order was fine. The web site was easy to use. However the part I odered was the wrong part, now I have to return it and get the correct one, this could prove to be more difficult.

Crooks!!! Item was used, broken, scratched, and chipped. Also, had human hair (yuck!), dog hair (yuck again!), and lint. Ad said nothing about used, I thought it was new. Will never order from vpgames.com again!!!

We purchased the 72-pin connector from vpgames.com and installed it into the NES system that we own. We followed the instructional video given on this website, which was very useful and helpful. It worked great the first two days but on the third day, the system began to function the same way it did before we installed the new connector. We were very disappointed to see the game system still blinking and disfunctioning after 2 days of great game play. We don't understand what is wrong and hope that there is a solution to this problem.

We are very pleased with VP Games and their products!! We had very fast delivery and everything was in perfect condition! We will definitely be back to buy from them again!!

Well, it's safe to say I will never be buying anything from VPgames.com again. This is lengthy - but read on. I ordered the Guitar Hero World Tour Band Bundle for the PS3 for about $70 - a steal, but not low enough to raise any suspicions (Amazon has been down to $90 or so before). I verified that I did indeed order the Band bundle, and checked out with bing.com cashback. Bing posted the cashback in a couple of hours and it did verify that I had ordered the Band Kit, and I had the money pending in my account. All was good so far.  
 
Nothing has worked out since. The item was backordered, but I didn't mind waiting to get the game when it was in stock. It finally shipped out on Dec 4th (it said it would take 5-10 days). I got it a couple of days later, and alas... I had received the Guitar bundle. My order confirmation, invoice, and bing.com ALL verified that I had ordered the Band bundle. I emailed them about this, and didn't hear back. So I emailed again. And again. After 3 times, and lots of waiting, they finally got back to me and told me I was wrong, and I ordered the guitar bundle due to the price. If they had made a price mistake, they could have at least told me and not knowingly shipped the wrong item to me. I told them to look at the invoice, order confirmation, to see that everything indicated what I had ordered. They still refused to send me what I had actually ordered, so I opted to send the guitar bundle back for a refund. The CS person I talked to via email was nice (albeit incredibly late in getting back to me) and offered to send a prepaid shipping label. I returned it, and they received it on 12/15.  
 
Their website indicates that refunds take 5 days to process. Well, it is now January 6th and I haven't heard a word. I emailed them on the 31st, and again today to ask when my refund will be processed. Nothing so far. If this goes on too much longer I'll just have to have my credit card revoke the charges if they can.  
 
Another thing I noticed - well, the guitar bundle was in stock when I ordered the band bundle. That means that it took them over 2 weeks to ship me the wrong item that was actually IN STOCK. I just want my refund and this to be over! One of these mistakes is understandable... but all of this added up has made me pretty frustrated.

Purchased replacement Xbox 360 DVD drive.  
 
Great website, had everything I needed and more. Found what I wanted at a great price and I saw many more things I will return to purchase. Thanks VP Games!

Found this unit for best price from vpgames. Units works great, service was great and price was best on web. Can't go wrong with this purchase.

I purchased a PS3 laser lens from this website. It didn't work with my PS3 so I was forced to return it. Not only was I not refunded my money, after several phone calls and emails explaining my situation I have not received any kind of explanation from their customer support at all. The only attempt to communicate with me was this email I received to review my purchase with them. Well all I can really say about that is if you need to get rid of some money that's just n your way. Buy from these guys, send your product back and see what happens. Sounds a lot like stealing to me.
