Having dealt with companies like Dell and Alienware and Gateway, rest assured that XVX and it's customer service are better than any of the aforementioned companies customer service. I've not had any hardware problems with my computer at all and only minor software problems, and to my surprise was the fault of microsoft. Go figure? The only gripe I have about XVX is that their e-mail system is pretty slow and shipping could be a bit quicker. Other than that, a fine reseller company and would in turn do more business with. A 4 out of 5 stars for XVX."

"this is the sweetest laptop ever. fully custom loaded. 2 gig ram, 160g hard drive space raid 0, 7800gtx graphics, intel pentium 4 3.8 ghz processer, with lots of extras. cheapest prices at xvx PERIOD. the exact same model laptop would have cost over $6000.00 from alienware. i got mine for $3000.00. the technical support these guys give rocks!!! they are extremly noligable. at one point my phone went dead during a tech they support conversation, they accually called me back within seconds so i wouldent have to call them back and wait on hold. best customer severice ive ever had. XVX gets an A++++++++ in ever catagory. this is the ultamite gaming laptop with the best price. "
"This is the first time I've ever bought a computer online, and after this, I would definately do so again. XvX is a very fine company, after comparing a few top-of-the-line computer companies (Alienware, Falcon, VooDoo) I have decided to go with XvX for their great prices and free warranties.
This computer came promptly and I was what I expected it to be.
But when I accidentally formated the harddisk after install Norton GoBack and screwed up the laptop, I called the technical support and they talked me over the phone and fixed it in less than an hour.
So if you want great service, great price and great laptops (I didn't like the laptop label though, it says "Mobile Computer Technology, kinda lame, but I covered it, lol) SHOP AT XVX

I maxed out every option, including the ram and video card and it had no problems with BF2 or Fear. I replayed HL2 just to see the awesome graphics.
