"we just got our invitations and they look great. The wedding invitations are gorgeous. Their price was low. They used UPS to deliver my order, so fast. not only are they cheaper then else,but do a awesome job as well without charging for proofs I am so grateful, and I definitely recommend this site!"

"I ordered some samples online. After a month, I had still not received them and my status still said processing. I tried to email them and after a week posted a comment on this site. I very promptly received an email from them after posting the comment. Turns out the wrong address was pulled from my PayPal account which is why I had not received them. Their customer service in dealing with this matter has been less than appealing, however they generously offered to send me new samples for free. "

Ordered a ball gown for my daughter 01/23/2012
they promised delivery by 02/29/2012
Prom date 03/15/2012
now 14 days late
as of 03/14/2012 no dress & they have stopped replying to emails & their instant chat
I am now trying to get a refund"

"I ordered a dress in early February and I was told it would take 20 days to process and 3-5 business days to send. The date I wanted the dress is in 2 days and I don't think it's been dispatched. This is really upsetting me as I think it's getting too late as I have to get shoes etc for my formal and I need to make sure I like this dress.
I really want this dress, and I'm so worried it will arrive too late."

"I ordered my wedding invites here and was very pleased with the service. They always got back to me within 24hrs with changes to my draft. I was a little skeptical at ordering them without being able to feel the quality of them considering how inexpensive they are. I have now been offered a full refund, and have received an email to advise that this is being processed. This is without having sent the dress back as yet, but I will do that today.

Therefore, with this issue now resolved, I am satisfied with the customer service."

"I ordered my dress from VPonsale on the 28th September, and it actually arrived today. I was a little nervous when I ordered my dress after I read some bad reviews. Thankfully my dress is 100% PERFECT! It fits like a glove, although it is a tiny bit long. Other than that its fantastic, its great quality and looks like a lot of care went into making it. I can't fault this dress, I'm so happy with it. I just hope I do it justice when I wear it to my first ball :)

The customer services was also very helpful.

"I see that vponsale is answering this website better than they are their emails / phone calls so seems like ther perfect place to ask them...

My fiance and I ordered some invitations on your website. I got an email today saying the order wouldn't be processed until the 7th b/c of the Holiday season in China but customer services would be available. I don't have a problem with this but I need to know the day the invitations will be delivered and no one is answering my phone calls. Please reply with an estimated time of arrival for my order. I'll also need to speak to someone about the design before it is printed."

"I ordered a bridesmaid dress from them and when I received it I was very pleased, it was made to a very high quality and was much better then I thought my daughter looked amazing in it. We ordered the custom made and when it arrived it was a perfect fit I'm really happy with my purchase and will now be ordering a further four more of the dresses. The dress also arrived very quickly. "we ordered 2 dresses at the end of july and received them today. Quality is FANTASTIC, the dress is made better than I expected and am really pleased. I see the bridesmaids next week, I am a little worried they wont fit because the dresses look small but I am sure they will be fine. Great service from VPONLINE, thank you cloud you have been wonderful and very helpful. Thank you We are now waiting for the next batch of bridesmaid's dresses.

"LOVE LOVE LOVE My invitations. They are adorable in person and I had excellent customer service while perfecting the verbage.

The only thing I would say is the Thank you "Cards" are just post cards and the paper is shiney which will make it hard to write on. I thought they would open up like a real card.

If I had to order all over again I would change nothing but not ordering the thank you cards. I will recommend this company to everyone getting married."

"I placed an order for my bridesmaid dress in early April. I needed it by mid May. The dress cost almost an entire paycheck for me so I couldn't order it any earlier. I chose a standard size based on their sizing chart (ordering one size up in case they ran small). I received my confirmation and replied to it just like they asked. They said they were making the dress. I waited. The week OF the wedding comes along and I STILL do not have a tracking number for shipping. One of the other bridesmaids had received her dress which was sized completely wrong, the bride's dress was also completely wrong as well. This had me extra worried. I got my dress two days before the wedding, and it was COMPLETELY wrong. The bust was one size too small (compared to what I ordered), the waist was two sizes too small, and the hips were three sizes too small. HOW THE HELL this happens I have no idea. I ordered a STANDARD size off of their chart and ordered one size too large for myself. I lost weight between ordering and receiving the dress as well, so my measurements were even smaller than originally ordered. Where the entire thing only one size too small it would have fit perfectly. The sizes were CERTAINLY not what I ordered. Because of all this stress, the bride uninvited me and told me I wasn't welcome at her wedding. So I started to go through the steps to returning my dress. The company offered me extra fabric to get it fixed at a local dressmaker's at least five times. I replied EVERY time that I would only be happy with a full refund. I realized they were only giving me the run around so I could not file a dispute with Paypal. DO NOT LET THEM DO THIS TO YOU. FILE ASAP. They finally agreed after a month of arguing with them (almost daily in my emails) to let me send the dress back, THEY would measure it and if it was wrong on their part I would get a full refund. I decided I wasn't taking ANY chances so I measured the dress flat and took photos with the tape measure ON the dress and notes with sizes clearly written out. There was no way they could tell me I was wrong. After paying $40 to ship it back via International Express USPS, it took them another week to refund my money after agreeing it was sized incorrectly. So it took a month and a half to get my money back. I will NEVER be doing business with China again. Not only did this company cause undue stress to myself, but also the bride, the other bridesmaid (who's dress was too small as well), and the maid of honor, who's money was taken but the dress wasn't even made at all.

I'm glad I got my money back but buyer beware BUY AMERICAN.

I DID get my money back in the end, after a month and a half song-and-dance routine on the part of the company to try to swindle me out of it. Their customer service would tell me one thing and then say and do something totally different. I had to email daily, as well as call them constantly and harass their Chat service on their website to get anything done.

Avoid the trouble!"
