"Vpgames.com shipped my order to my billing address (on the other coast from where my shipping address was). I noticed that they had the wrong address in the confirmation email before it was shipped and both called and emailed. Nobody answered the phone, I left a message twice, and nobody responded to my email for two days. By the time I received a return call, the person I spoke to refused to alter the shipment address and told me that it was my fault for giving them the wrong address. The customer service from this site is nonexistant and I would not recommend it to anybody.

"I purchased a PSP 2000 LCD screen to replace my broken screen. The product was good, I can't confirm if there is a dead pixel or just dirt between the plastic screen and the LCD screen. Either was it works great and thanks to the instruction video that was provided on the website, I have an awesome working PSP now."

"Hi i was wondering if anyone could help me? My name is Jason Hepworth and i live in the UK. i ordered a headset from VP games on the 22nd of April by first class international mail. i was told it would typically arrive within 14days. i recieved an email that said they had been shipped but as of 22 days later there is no sign. i was concerned about this so did some checking up on their business only to discover many negative reviews from other buyers. i have emailed VP only to have no response as of yet. the item was insured. could anyone help me with what to do next because im unsure what to do to be frank.

many thanks for your time

Jason"

"I am very pleased with the product and the service. I chose VPGames.com because they had the largest size of the item that I wanted for the cheapest price that I could find anywhere. I actually canceled an order from Amazon.com because VPGames.com had a better deal on it. I would recommend shopping there to others for similar items involving video games."

"we received our unit in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, the unit that we ordered did not work! We are going to have to send it back, but I hope that we can get a working one. I love the Sega Dreamcast, so I will trust that you will make this right. Thank you very much! "

"I am an A+ and Network Certified Technician that works for pc.upgrades and ordered PS3 LASERLENS + DE (Desk Assembly) for Sony Playstation 3 40GB. The item ordered was KES-400AAA and was purchased at $79.85. The item was sold on February 23, 2010 and was over seventy-five dollars so I was supposed to get free shipping.

That was the beginning of my problems. First item did not ship free (although it cost only $3.28) since it was advertised I expected to get it. The second problem was the item was described as new and in sealed package. Item was not sealed and upon inspection the deck assembly was not new. To be fair the laser itself could have been new. So I called the company using the numbers from their good looking website. No one ever answered . . . ever. Just voice message stating that you should email them.

Since item was not as described I used their published return policy and request a mailing label to return item as it was not what I should have received (a new sealed unit). Although my email was eventually returned (three days later) it did not include any mention of sending me a return mailing label. Already almost a week later, I did not want my customer to wait any longer so I mailed back the "used or rebuilt unit" by USPS delivery confirmation at my cost.

Now vpgames (less than 150 miles away) claims that they did not receive the unit. They stop answering any of my emails and I am out the total cost of the unit ($89.16) plus the return shipping cost ($2.60).

I used PayPal so I thought I was covered under their policies and made a timely complaint. PayPal to my surprised dismissed the complaint. Seems if the product was delivered . . . even if it was not as described (defective) it does not matter. PayPal only covers me if it was not delivered? DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY PURCHASE FOR THIS SELLER . . .. There is a reason they no long sell on Amazon or Ebay. They apparently do not want to be bound by their own return policies (and must have the negative feedback to prove it). I have also filed a complaint with BBB because they use this logo on their website. Will see if they end up taking that off their website also.
