"You guys missed a great oppurtunuty to do a great business by shipping phones very late. On top of it, sending basically garbage/wrong phones/tablets. None of them works. What a loss. There was a great change to make a great money because I had a great basis. But your company (Including you VIP representative) are not a professional company/personnel. There are some facts about your business:1. Poor customer support2. Limited communication skills3. Very poor quality products4. High change of sending out wrong items almost 99%5. No quality controls at all6. No professional goals, aims, motto, and vision7. Business on fake, and false advertising.8. Lazy and irresponsible staff and employees9. Very poor quality for keeping promises10. Low moral ethic in business11. Scamming customers over the internet.12. Not answering questions completely.13. Stealing money from your customers (Mass payment of $2000 via PayPal)You can do better if you fix those 13 steps and refund me all the transactions back to me so I can refund poor eBay customers who trusted me to buy phones from me. "this is professional scam company,they maybe send the goods, but all defective or 2nd hand goods, and problem starts after you want to send it back for repair, you will never get it back, and you have to pay both side curier fees yourself! so do not belive happy customer reviews in their own site, just search online for the real victims. so never buy anything if you want to keep ur money, you can use aliexpress, which more safer."

"this is a scam company. the only thing they are selling are leis. as soon if you pay, they will take the money and then nothing....you will loose your money. please have a look on internet and you will see that this is normal work from tinydeal. they will keep you waiting and waiting and sending bullshit emails so the 45days are gone so you can,t get it back. they are on nearly every scam site on the internet. they have made a lot of people angry and al are still waiting on there stuff. im putting this message all over the internet for everybody to see. "Noticed a nice tablet on sale on tiny deal.opened up their live support chat window and confirmed stock availability and price.went out at 1:30 am to purchase a pre-paid card.when i came back to place my order the price had more than tripled.I once again went into chat and spoke with a rather rude advisor who not answer any questions and would only say the price changed. after an hour he transferred me to the first agent i had spoke with. he advised that yes he had infact confirmed the price for me, but after chatting with me he felt the price was too low so he spoke with his "colleagues" and had the price changed.I explained this is a violation of the Consumer protection act and that they would need to fulfil the order. they of course refused. I saved the chat transcript showing that the advisor had agreed that the original price was changed at his request AFTER agreeing on a price with me. at 4:am in the morning i had had enough. I requested the contact info for their legal dept(my Father is an attorney) and i would pursue this through other channels. they advised they do not have a legal team. their own site has a faq with the terms and conditions including legal documents.When i advised them that they would have to have a legal dept to operate a website internationally they once again said Nope, we have no legal dept and there is no one who you can speak with.. instead he game me an email address to which i have not received a reply.This is unethical and in my country illegal.This was supposed to be a xmas gift for my wife.so much for that.never will i Order from here and as i previousally stated I will protect my rights as a consumer and if i have to i will File in Court and see how far we get. after all I have the chat transcripts and was smart enough to screenshot the page with the listed price.What reputable company gives a price, then changes their mind and implies it is the consumers fault for not realizing the price would be changed behind closed doors."
"cher internaute.. je suis client de ce site web depuis des mois.. je peut vous confirmé que pour moi c'est le premier choix quand j'effectue des recherche sur le net pour faire des achats.. car y a pas de frais de livraison ( gratuit ) et tout les commandes arrives dans un delais très court (max 15 jours pour la belgique) .. y a juste un ou deux article qu'il ne sont jamais arriver et je suppose qu'il sont perdu au cours de la livraison.. quand j'ai eu affaire a service client ils etait collaborant et ils repond disrectement a mes emails.. mais leurs arrangements ne sont pas toujours les bienvenues.. a part ca, je vous recommande fortement de site web et je vous souhaite vraiment du plaisir et la satisfaction dans vos achats sur ce site comme je l'ai eu ;-)"
"Used to be a regular and quite satisfied customer and even accepted small faults in products delivered considering the price I paid (tablet connects to internet but other applications do not work). I even recommended this site to many friends especially for mobiles. Last mobile received stopped working after just a couple of weeks and had to send it back (high postage cost not refunded). Now I have been without my mobile for over 2 months and they are still 'repairing' it. They do not want to replace it or give me a full refund. Also last 2 items ordered have not been delivered and had to open a dispute with Paypal.Company is not as reliable as it used to be. My advise, avoid or else but only the cheapest items which will not dent your pocket if not delivered as expected. Also open disputes with Paypal immediately for non-delivery or damaged goods, you only have 45 days from payment date!!. "
