"Excellent excellent service yet again from the guys at ST Towers :)... I really can't think of a better place to get your PC cooling sorted, They have a huge range of gear for water & air cooling, along with modding gear & tools. On top of this the staff are a fantastic bunch of guys who know their stuff..Well worth a try you won't be sorry :)..

"Specialtech are THE best place to go in the UK for your watercooling equipment. They have their own stock and do not have to order stuff in unlike a lot of other watercooling retailers.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and are into watercooling themselves so they do not only sell the products they also have experience and knowledge of using them. They will also answer any questions you have regarding products and even advise you on how to go about watercooling your PC on their forums which several members of staff are active on.

I have only ever ordered twice from Specialtech but both times my orders have been dispatched within a couple of hours of placing the order and I have received my order by 12pm the following day.

I would fully recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good and friendly retailer to buy their watercooling equipment from 10/10."

"My first orders were back last year when i just started getting into watercooling! But on my second build i went a bit crazy and most (90%) of my second build came from specialtech! ;)

Specialtech have always been good with deliveries, RMA and on the phone! You can even request items on the forum if they are only from USA ect! I dont see many places doing that!

I will always buy from here for my watercooling gear."

"Dealt with Specialtech many times over the years, long before i joined the forums. Always been top notch service, from prices, stock requests, delivery and rma's. In my opinion they are easily the best place in Europe for Watercooling."

the best stocked shop in Europe !!!!! found here almost everything needed for my WC setup in very good prices, low postage cost end extremely fast dispatch.

"My experience from Specialtech is nothing less than EXCELLENT.

In Specialtech i found components for my watercooling loop, i was not able to find in the rest of Europe. But this is not the only thing that impressed me...

Starting from the order of quite a few watercooling parts including 2 Koolance D5 pumps that were not available at the time, i got immediate reply to my email giving me immediate solution! While many shops lack of flexibility when ordering and rely only on their auto-ordering system, here things differ in a great way. Eventhough they have an excellent automatic ordering processing procedure, if you need something extra (not avail at the time) they are there to help you. Placing /processing /completing the order was easy, fast and flexible.

The best comes when my order package arrived here in Greece.
Somehow, the local courier managed to partially damage the box containing my order that also included watercooling liquid. Eventhough most of my order was intact, I was not sure about the condition of the liquid. Of course the local courier immediately accepted his fault and told me to start a rather time consuming procedure returning the entire order. Here comes specialtech support... Efficiently and with zero delay, they proposed to send me again the liquid i worried about, eventhough it was not their fault, at zero cost.  

Personal assistance, support and feedback was available  in any phase of my order not only via email but also by phone. From ordering phase down to support phase, Specialtech is a high quality - customer minded company!"

"Great customer service from ordering items to the processing and delivery, and where it was necessary to occasionally return an item.
When I contacted customer services I found them to be very obliging and will definately shop with them again."

"These guys went out of their way to get my order to me at an affordable shipping cost (Norway). And delivery was fast, too. Satisfied with the rads I bought. Will certainly place future orders with SpecialTech. Order with confidence, guys, ST is great."

"The best place for a huge range of computer modding parts from everything waterooling to nuts a bolts to plexi glass, I could go on for hours if you need it they have it all in one plae for the best ptices you can get on the net.
And as a bonus their servie and delivery is superb. Very Much recommended"
