"I've purchase parts to build three computers over the past three years from shoprbc.com and I've never been disappointed. The staff are friendly and helpful, shipping times are lightning quick, and you'd be hard-pressed to find better prices anywhere on the internet! Outstanding!"

"Superb service. Best prices in town for most items. Every time i find a lower price they matched. If I needed it express they did everything possible to accomodate it. I bought almost everything on my home PC's from them, 2 servers for the lab that I work on. Never had any problem with them. Rob and all the stuff try to help you in any way they can. We placed a special order for Optical cards and they went out their way to get them for us from Taiwan.

The best store to buy from in Ottawa. Keep up the good work guys."

"Very very good service.
I received the item I ordered very quickly.

Their customer service is really pro.
I'm sure I will order again from them in the next weeks.

I have dealed in the past with multiple store on the web (in canada, us, france, ...), shopRBC is just the best according to me.

"RB Computer Inc. is without doubt the most trustworthy and practical computer store in Ottawa and online. It's not even debatable. The staff at RB provides a customer service that other computer companys should take note of and emulate. Friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to provide concert answers, a better store would only be called 'Heaven'. Purchasing a product from RB is never risky nor does it cause unease like it usually does when buying something from a big box store. Any technical questions are answered - uncertainty is met with reliabilty and prices that are fitting for the budget. Office or home, spreadsheet junky or hardcore gamer, RBC has reliable products for every need. "

"I am a computer/network consultant and i deal with many different venders. I found RB to be one of the better companies to deal with. For example i purchase the last of the component to a system i am building for myself. When i had it all together and powered it up there were some hardware issues i was not able to resolve, but after calling RB and speaking with one of their techs for about 20 minutes. I was able to identify the issue, fix it, and was up and running in no time.

I find that if you give them enough and the proper information they can help you sort out any issue you might be having with your new component.

I have tried other venders, to save the odd buck or two but in the end the service i received was not worth the savings(which is usally not much.)

I purchase my first(good)PC from them about 8 years ago and have been using and recommending their store ever since."

"Wonderful Store, I have bought many things from them, and they're always the best. I would never buy from anywhere else, as they always have great prices, friendly employees, and I have never had a problem with anything from there. I have been buying from there store for more than 2 years now, and wish I knew about them sooner. Excellent, 100%!"
