"I'm going to stick my neck out here and say that my first shopping experience with this company was very good. It was not great but very good. My shipment was delayed slightly, but I plan ahead unlike others I have read here. Sometimes you have to realize the fact that you are dealing with a real person and not a machine. When my order was processing after a few days I called and asked if my item was delayed by a shortage. They told me it was out of stock but would ship in 3 days. After that my order did in fact ship and I received exactly what I paid for. The company did not bill my card until the day it shipped. I tend to believe most shoppers will rant and rave about poor shopping experiences than take the time to rave about great shopping experiences. If you are buying "used" equipment from a retailer, you should plan ahead and expect delays and other mistakes. It's only human."

"I should have read the reviews before being duped myself! I placed an order for a Samsung DVD camcorder on 11/12, 11/18 It was still "in process" so I sent them an email- my response was that it was a popular item and mine would ship as soon as they got another order- any day now... here it is 12/1, 2 emails and no response later no shipment- still "in process". Such a waste of time and energy, don't be duped by the low prices, they don't have any! I'll never waste my time again with these idiots!"

"REFURB DEPOT HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I bought an XBOX 360 Premium from them and after 3 months it didn't work. They gave me an RMA and I sent it back and they said they would replace it. It is now over a month and everytime I call they say they have none in stock. I've asked for a FULL refund if they cannot supply me with the product, they wanted to charge me a 15% restocking fee. They keep on giving me the runaround and I still don't have my refund or my XBOX!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"
"Absolute worst retailer I have ever dealt with. I ordered 2 Samsung video recorders on the 10th and did not ship until the 18th. I paid for 2nd day air as I wanted the video recorders on the 12th. They never notified me it would arrive 9 days late. They then shipped it GROUND after I paid for the 2nd day air. I wanted to return them unopened as I didn't need them anymore cause they came so much later than expected. They were then rude and only agreed to give me back 85% of my purchase price. I still have not received the refund and it has been 16 days since they received my RMA. They are rude and extremely unprofessional. The customer service rep told me to "have a nice life" at the end of the call!!!!! They deserve to never make another sale again."
"on July 6th, 2009 I bought a Refurbished halo edition xbox 360. Refurbdepot states on their website that all merchandise is texted, cleaned, etc etc etc.The xbox arrived and out-of-the box the 360 DID NOT WORKED.I sent it back to them and its been MORE THAN A MONTH and I havent received a replacement yet.Do not believe their website, it says that you will contact you after 7-10 days, its a lie. I have to call them myself MANY TIMES and they say the same thing to every customer "in a couple of days well get more info on your order" or "wait til the end of this week for more info". Its really frustating.Refurbdepot is Disgusting, do not waste your time and money, because if you request for a refund, they will take 15% fee as a restocking fee. I seriously think thats how they make their money."
"RefurbDepot.com sold me a NEW TV that couldn't be repaired.I bought an LCD-TV from them and contrary to what their name suggests they didn't refurbish it, NOR EVEN TEST IT. And they didn't call the manufacturer, give them the model number and serial number to find out what the history of the problem was. And the manufacturer denied me any warrantee. It was only after filing a complaint with the local TV consumer reporter that the manufacturer reversed themselves and gave me a guarantee. Being unable to repair the set, they gave me a full refund.But, refurbdepot.com has a return policy only after I would loose the shipping charge both ways and a 15% restocking fee which in my case would have totaled $271.89 and all of this because refurbdepot.com didn't do due diligence.This disaster went on for almost 5 months and cost me hundreds of dollars worth of my time to straighten out. "
"I have ordered an i PAQ on 4th of july a month ago,and I called them several times .Untill now even has not shipped, they said oh, we run out we will send for you next week, I am worry even for my refund . Their price is less but never cheaper price is without a reason.I am calling them everyday without any result."
"Ordered 2 refurbished XBOX 360 Elites for my son's birthdays. Received both next day. In one week one unit ceased to function (red ring of death). Returned it 7/1/09, they received it 7/2/09 & were to ship a replacement within 7-10 days. As of 7/24/09, nothing. They keep telling me the are out but replacements should be in "in a couple of days". Not sure what they're warranty is really worth if they can't replace the defective units they sell. Won't be doing business with them ever again!"
