I first called the company number and the answers to my questions were quickly given. I then placed my order and quickly received an email confirmation. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it was shipped - on a Saturday no-less. The items were received as described and of excellent quality. I was able to digitize just under 1000 slides in about three hours. The clarity and reproduction were excellent - couldn\u0027t ask for more! All my purchasing transactions should go as well... In using it after receiving it I found the build appears rugged and tough, and has many options for making the use easy with velcro and optional bracket connection to camera. The lens was very good with no distortion or softness in the corners. Althogether an excellent product at a reasonable price (at almost 50% less than the Hoodman product).
