"DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY EVER. ITEM WAS DELIVERED BROKEN. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS RUDE AND (SYDNEY LYNN) AND REFUSED TO ALLOW ME TO RETURN IT."

"Ordered on Dec 13, 2010, got tracking number on Dec 15. And today is Jan 12, 2011, and the order has not even been dropped off to USPS. Emailed customer service on Dec 28, 2010, and they responded by saying it takes upto 3 weeks for order to arrive. So waited until Jan 7, no package. So I sent them another email, no response. Another email next day, no response. Called their customer service number, no response. This is my first order with OrangeOnion, and it is going to be the last one."

"I orderd an Aniversary Clock. It arrived on time.
When I oppend the Box there was the clock. Brocken!!
The clock was from Wal Mart. Yes Wal Mart. The packaging was so poor, a 2 year old could have done better.

I called 18 times to the cust service number. No answer. It says that the mailbox is full. Well, they are not keeping my money. I am fileing a comlpaint wit AMAZON, the Credit Card Company and The better Bus Buro.

My advise. Stay away from these people."

"I placed an order for Christmas presented on 12/01/10. I did not receive my order until 12/18/10. However, only half of what I ordered was in the package. I attempted to contact customer service but they were closed. I have since sent 2 email contacts to customer service with no feedback to date (1/2/11). I have had to open a dispute with paypal in order to receive a partial refund. I do not recommend them nor will I shop with them again."

"Poor. Poor. Poor. I ordered 2 humidifiers (which I did receive promptly). However, both products had been used...which according to their policy, makes them unreturnable. These were not being sold as "reconditioned" or second-hand merchandise. After trying to contact Orange Onion by phone for 3 days (where the voice mailboxes were always full) I sent seller feedback via email on 12/20/10. No response has yet been received. "

"They took my money on the Dec the 14 and on the 15 sent me an email that the box was shipped today on the 23 I find out that the box has not been shipped and there is nothing i can do about it. That is five nieces and nephews that will not be getting a present this year "
