I was very, very upset when they told me that they had already been replaced and I had not paid invoice. ( This is not what it says online). Who does this? Tells you they have repaired them so I\u0027m forced to pay. I told the lady that it was wrong and that I did not tell them to replace them. UGH So she gave me a discount and told me that they would also send me my old lenses. So I agreed. Clearly by this time I had no chose in the matter if I wanted my glasses back. Then they weren\u0027t even sent out till 10DAYS later to find out that I was lied to and they had not been replaced yet.. I have been on the phone countless time with these people. Manager is very rude. What ever happened to satisfaction guaranteed and and customer service? They tell me basically the lady didn\u0027t tell me that. Joke! So I\u0027m a liar? Bad customer service to resolve this situation and they need to give you correct story. I wanted scratch repair not lens replacement. Don\u0027t lie to me so I pay for it and you get a sale. After shipping and replacement charge I\u0027ve spent $80 and have a pair of Prada sunglasses that look like knock offs. The lenses are not nearly as dark as others prior. I want my money back and my old lenses back. The glasses were actually in Florida. 28 hours after I ordered them they sent an email saying it would be 72 hours before they processed them. The glasses were in perfect condition and the prescription was correct. There was an initial billing\/customer service issue that was not their fault and was ironed out. Perhaps whilst looking for a bargain, I got what I paid for ?<br><br>edit.<br>I came home to this lovely e-mail:<br>\u0022Michelle, With plastic frames its completely normal. It is made out of optyl plastic which is made to be bended and adjusted to each face. This plastic has a memory and once adjusted will not go back to its original condition unless heated up again. Take it to an optical store in town and they will correct this for you to fit your face properly.<br> <br>This is what \u0022adjustments on your eyewear\u0022 mean.
