"I recently used this company and can only advise others to save themselves the aggravation, as they are truly horrible. As other reviews indicate, this is one of the nastiest and most arrogant companies that I have ever dealt with in my life. I would never do business with them again.We order was fairly simple. Nothing was done on time and each time I tried to get information, they just ignored me completely. I used every means possible to reach them and finally they responded, in the nastiest manner possible. When at long last my order arrived, and after they seemed clueless even occurred, it was not what I requested.I tend to ignore bad ratings on the internet, as sometimes people complain about the most petty things, but the bad reviews on this company are exactly what they are like. In many cases, they were actually not bad enough.I would not recommend that anyone deal with this company, ever. They are horrible."

"Terrible experience.... It has been 3 weeks now since I ordered my glass frames and still no sign of them. Ordered them 3 weeks ago and used the 2 day shipping. Recieved and email the next day with a statement that they would ship in 72 hours or less. When I spoke with customer service they assured me they had arrived and would pack up and ship ASAP so I would get them before heading off in holidays. Well, the day I was meant to leave for holidays I called to see what was up and they still had not shipped?!? Home now after a couple weeks without glasses and guess what? Still not here. Appearantly they shipped yesterday. Not so fast and not one person I emailed with or spoke to bothered to explain what was going on. All I can say is I will never order through this company again."

"Dealing with their customer service is like being stuck in theater of the absurd. I ordered a pair of "designer sunglasses" which were eligible for free shipping. I opted for three day air at a cost of $15. The glasses did not ship within the 72 hours, which my order confirmation pledged. They shipped a full week later and went UPS Ground. I requested a shipping refund. Customer "Service" stated that they do not offer free shipping (look at their website--they do offer it on designer eyeglasses and designer sunglasses, which I ordered), it did ship three day air (I have the tracking info and written confirmation from UPS that they did not go three day--they went ground), and because I have been such a pest--their words were more offensive), they will not offer a refund. Unbelievable that a company would risk bad press over $15. Also unbelievable that I let them get to me. Just take my advice and choose another company--this one is not worth the effort. And if you do opt to deal with them, run when Becky or Ariel are on deck to "help" you!"
