"I ordered a 12 inch JL Audio W7 enclosed in the custom ProWedge woofer box. In the order details it said my item weighed 26 pounds, but the sub and box together weigh 81 so I thought they sent me the wrong item. It turns out UPS made the mistake and I received exactly what I ordered it and it arrived when they said it would. I give these guys 5 stars! I will be a returning customer when I need my car audio problems solved."

"Terrible service... If they mess up your order(like they did to mine) there not very friendly with fixing there mistake... or quick about it either. Never again will i buy from them, and i encourage anyone else out there to reconsider making a purchase from them. "
"These guys are a bunch of a-holes! I ordered speakers a month ago, but after 2 weeks I got tired of waiting and called to cancel. Yesterday I got an email saying they shipped. When I called them back to tell them I canceled the order they said they had no record of that conversation...now that's a surprise. I also spoke with that moron William Benton and he said the only thing he could do was charge me shipping and restocking to return it. I will NEVER go with these idiots again...STAY AWAY!!!!! "
"These guys are ridiculous. No communication what so ever. I've now had to cancel two orders w/ them now b/c they never bothered letting me know that they simply didn't have the product. A simple email or a phone call is all it takes guys.
Seriously bad customer service here. Just pay the extra money and shop somewhere else."

I suggest to others, if they are serious to deal with this company (O.C.S. Inc. , www.onlinecarstereo.com) deal cash on delivery. And check the goods carefully."
"The price was good but customer service was terrible. I received a defective unit, emails to customer service were ignored, and phone agent was rude and accused me of an "installation error" without looking at my photos or facts of my claim. I had to return the item at my cost. The unit was ultimately ruled as defective. Even though the item was still available, it was not replaced. Instead I was issued a store credit and had to reorder with replacement shipping at my expense. This is not the way to run a business. "
"Happy Camper! Ordered some JBL Speakers and Dynomat extreme trunk kit and saved over $200 from anyone else locally. Items were brand new and packaged well. Only slight complaint is that CS is a little rude on the phone but for these saving I don't care. I will do more buys from this retailer..."
"The worst. Ordered a Panasonic xm car kit Jan4. Received email indicating when payment is received i'll get ship info. Paid via paypal. When i didn't get ship info contacted customer service via email. Was informed item is not in stock and would ship approx 4 weeks. Again contacted them at that time and was told only that item was on backorder. Finally eight weeks later they cancelled my order because they could not provide the item. Had my money tied up for two months. THEY ARE STILL ADVERTISING THE ITEM ON THEIR WEBSITE WITH THE BEST PRICE I COULD FIND ONLINE EVEN THOUGH THEY CANT PROVIDE IT."
