We are only a Microsoft reseller and therefore cannot provide technical support for software that we did not develop. It is the responsibility of the Microsoft support team to provide support for their software.”

We're very sorry that we couldn't meet your needs with this order. According to our records we responded to your support requests by the very next business day as June 19 is a Saturday and we were closed.
The item you ordered was on backorder with the manufacturer when you submitted your order and had a ship ETA of up to 14 days as shown on the item's page. However, due to a shortage on parts they were running 30 days behind, which we notified you of.
