"Hello y'all, I have bought off of Newegg before for business purposes and always have been satisfied. However, this is the first time I have bought off of it for personal use. Unfortunately, I was not able to pay for one order with multiple cards. So I had to pay for multiple orders with two cards, not a big deal. Especially when I called Newegg and spoke to Enrique Aceves who helped me out a great deal by taking care of one of the shipping costs that way I wasn't forced to pay it twice. All in all I am an extremely happy customer and definitely will be back again..."

"Newegg is the source for roughly 80% of the products I use for business. After having a couple slight issues with shipping arrival time and my own issue of using the wrong account to pay for items, I contacted Newegg service and spoke to a very helpful gentleman named Anthony Campillo. Anthony was immediately able to resolve my issue, forwarding the invoice, billing, shipping, and tracking emails to my account that I needed them on. The two items I ordered on Wednesday, reduced in price $20 per item when I looked at them on Friday. In looking to clarify if there was any way I could predict price changes on items Anthony offered a clear explanation, reviewing Newegg's shipping, and price change policies. In return he offered to refund the difference of the price change, more than I initially expected. He was also able to check the sales orders for availability of a product currently marked as, “Out of stock.” This call just provided another source of great customer service, from a great company, and another reason to do business with Newegg. Thanks!"

"I have shopped with Newegg for years and never had anything but great things to say. I bought a HD 7790 to crossfire with my 7770. After hours on the phone with AMD, I found that even though these were the same Series, they will not crossfire. The AMD rep even thought that is should crossfire, but found that it would not.

My first call for an RMA with Newegg had great service (I even did the survey all 5s) until I received the email instructions explaining the fees associated. I walked around the rest of the day like a sad panda, since this was an honest mistake that anyone could have made. I called Newegg one more time to see if there was any exception they could make because I was so bummed.

Abbi V. was the best representative I have worked with at Newegg to date! She quickly understood my issue and saw that the other rep told me I should purchase a compatible card which I did, plus an additional CPU cooler (because I love Newegg)!

It was apparent that I paid before I even knew about my RMA fees and within five minutes, Abbi had completely renewed my faith, resolved my issue, and added in some extras.

It is great to know that Newegg recognizes longtime customers, and has great employees like Abbi. I really felt like she cared, my experience was easy. I can depend on Newegg and I feel like they are a responsible company. My best customer service experiences have mainly come from Newegg, and Abbi does a great job of continuing that tradition!

I have been smiling ever since! Thanks to Abbi, you turned my 1 star rating to a 5 star in seconds!

Newegg, I hope you are successful in world domination, mwhahaha! But seriously, Newegg is the best! "

"i had ordered an external hard drive which i was very excited about getting - but when I received it i had trouble getting it to work - through i ton of effort on my own and with a very knowledgable friend, I took it to the Apple store and was told that it was a defective hard drive. I got a RMA online, but was confused about the shipping process. Abbi helped me and was totally amazing with every question i had and did an excellent job of making me feel special and important. She is a great asset to your company. Thanks again to Abbi and to Newegg for refunding me for the defective item (which happens) and not having it cost me anything - i will definitely use Newegg again!"

"I had an RMA at Newegg and was bummed out because It was the start of the weekend.I was looking at a week or more of return hassles and waiting for my big beautiful computer case which also had a big beautiful dent on it's side upon delivery.
The person who answered my RMA call was very cheerful and understanding and even commented how beaitiful the case was.Her name is "Mary Pickrell" She tried to get me a replacement a next day delivery which surprised me because i was expecting more like 2 weeks(for complete return resend process)It unfourunately got pushed to tuesday due to how late it was in the day.But i was impressed anyhow .I got disconnected while filling out the after-call review.But I felt that i had to commend her some how.I asked an employee there if there was a way i could do this , and a nice man who worked there by the name Jose.A.De La Cruz assisted me by telling me about this website.His service was also fast and proffesional.Overall my shopping experience with Newegg has continued to be the best of any that I have come across on the internet."

"I recently ordered an LCD TV through Newegg, but it arrived defective (there was no picture display). I contacted the warranty-handling manufacturer, Sohnen Enterprises, three times and they wrote down a completely wrong description each time, and wanted me to pay the $60 to ship back the defective product they put out into the market. I gave up with them and called Newegg about the problem, where I was connected to Gloria M. Perea within minutes. Gloria read off the exact description I gave her, understood both the TV's defects and the shipping predicament, and further gave me the perfect solution by waiving the shipping return cost. I am extremely satisfied with Gloria's solution in a way the manufacturer could accommodate, and I am no longer discouraged about this situation. I will continue to buy electronics through Newegg because of Gloria. Thanks again Gloria!

"After nearly a decade of shopping with Newegg, I can say that since day one, their services have always been superb. Swift processing and shipping, great customer service, abundant selection of products, and unbeatable prices!

I recently placed an order for a modem, and chose the Will-Call pickup option. However, I foolishly ordered without knowing that my new cable company provided the exact same modem during their internet installation. I was frantic to try and cancel the order. I wasn't able to cancel it from my end, but I gave Newegg's stellar customer service a call, and they took care of it lickety-split, no problem! The erroneous order was cancelled, all is well, and as always, Newegg Rocks!!!

Thank you Newegg! I look forward to more decades of your unbeatable service!"

"I have had great success in finding what I needed shopping with newegg.com

Being realistic and having received items that are dead on arrival is one of those that cannot be avoided. Computer components are finicky, especially when shopping for multiple components. Newegg has worked diligently to fix my issue with motherboards that have not worked out and that have been frustrating. I had the pleasure of speaking with one of their customer service representatives (Abbi Vivelo) and she was very helpful. She explained at my request and in length the potential for store credit in the event I would receive another item that was defective.

All told, frustrating or not, they have been understanding and very user friendly.

Newegg did ask me to write this review, but I am a firm believer that good people deserve to be commended for their efforts and doing justice to the term "customer service". "

"Ordered an Item from newegg that was not represented well.
My mistake, did not notice the no return clause on that Item.

Abbi New eggs customer service person helped sort out the issue quickly and with a great attitude, Thus keeping me as a customer.

I have several years of buying their products and are very pleased with everything: the quality of goods, delivery time and service level. This is a rare shops that with the loss after the shipment re-shipped the same item. Excellent and attentive staff, not just words and to praise. All for 5-plus!"
