"I ordered numerous computer parts on June 3rd from Newegg in hopes to build a new desktop computer. I have ordered from Newegg many times in the past and have never had any issues with the products I received. This time, however, I received a defective motherboard because one of its RAM slots didn't read the Ram I bought for it. I took it to my computer specialist. We tried various types of RAM and found out that it was indeed one of the slots that was defective, not the RAM. So, I had to do my first RMA with Newegg. Once my product was received back at Newegg, I was notified that there were bent pins on the Motherboard. These bent pins were not here when I sent my product back to Newegg. So, the bent pins had to be from carrier damage. I am very up to date with Newegg's return policy and would never have returned a Motherboard, or any product for that matter, that was defective because of an error that I caused. When I called Newegg to discuss this issue, they were not going to replace my defective Motherboard because of the bent pins, even though I did not cause them. I spoke to a Newegg associate named Abbi L. Vivelo. She was so kind, patient, and most of all, understanding. She apologized for every wait I was placed on while she was discussing with other Newegg associates my situation. She was able to get the RMA approved for my Motherboard to be replaced. I can not express enough how especially grateful I am for her help and expertise. "
