"I ordered numerous computer parts on June 3rd from Newegg in hopes to build a new desktop computer. I have ordered from Newegg many times in the past and have never had any issues with the products I received. This time, however, I received a defective motherboard because one of its RAM slots didn't read the Ram I bought for it. I took it to my computer specialist. We tried various types of RAM and found out that it was indeed one of the slots that was defective, not the RAM. So, I had to do my first RMA with Newegg. Once my product was received back at Newegg, I was notified that there were bent pins on the Motherboard. These bent pins were not here when I sent my product back to Newegg. So, the bent pins had to be from carrier damage. I am very up to date with Newegg's return policy and would never have returned a Motherboard, or any product for that matter, that was defective because of an error that I caused. When I called Newegg to discuss this issue, they were not going to replace my defective Motherboard because of the bent pins, even though I did not cause them. I spoke to a Newegg associate named Abbi L. Vivelo. She was so kind, patient, and most of all, understanding. She apologized for every wait I was placed on while she was discussing with other Newegg associates my situation. She was able to get the RMA approved for my Motherboard to be replaced. I can not express enough how especially grateful I am for her help and expertise. "

"I messed up on my order. I didn't realize until I got my order that the quantity of motherboards was set to 2 instead of 1. I called and talked to Abbi and she helped me out. She sent me a shipping label and waved the restocking fee. As always, newegg.com provides top notch customer service. They are the reason I will NEVER shop at a best buy."

"FANTASTIC! I bought the wrong product and called Newegg for a return and to order the item I needed. Luke, the customer service representative who answered my call, was extremely kind, polite and patient. Knowledgeable, he listened to every concern I had and answered all my questions. He suggested the right product to suit my needs and such product was a bargain! Thank you Newegg for offering such professional service at a great price! I'd love to do business with you again and I will certainly recommend you! And five stars for Luke, a friendly and caring person who helped me all the way!"

"My order was canceled because of credit card issues and after my order the price of one item increased, but Newegg honored the previous price after I spoke with customer service. "

"I have nothing but good things to say about NewEgg. I have called them several times with questions about orders, or questions about parts. Each time I call I am talking with a qualified person that speaks English as their first language, within a minute. Most companies have you on hold for 20 minutes, then you have to try and decipher what the person on the other line is saying. Not at newegg. Their orders ship correctly, and fast. If you ever have a problem they are more than willing to help. A+, great company!"

"Abbey is great. Took complete care of me and made my day. I made an error and ordered double of what I should have on my customers credit card. Even though CPU's are technically none returnable she made it happen. Even sending me out a free return label to ship it back. Now that's customer service. Five egg's to you Newegg and Abbey. "

"I bought some RAM for my MAC. One of the two sticks was defective. Abby from customer support issued an RMA and had a new order shipped overnight at no charge. She was extremely pleasant to speak with and did an outstanding job helping me get back on track with my upgrade. It is all too common these days to experience less than stellar support which is why I go out of my way to acknowledge when I experience support that exceeds my expectations. It is especially great when you get it from a company that is offering great prices on tech products - a low margin business - but they are still unwilling to sacrifice customer support. Thank you newegg and thank you Abby. "

"I had ordered a video surveillance system from Newegg recently and while I was installing it discovered that one of the 4 60' cables was broken in the middle (probably from the factory). I had already installed the system and three of the cameras were working but this fourth one would not because the cable could not be hooked I. I called Newegg and one of the service rep.'s helped me by locating and sending me another cable to replace the broken one. What fantastic service for an item that happened to be in stock but had come from a packaged item! I admire the resourcefulness of the service rep. and thankful he could help as I would have had to remove all the 60' wires I'd installed, the cameras and DVR to return the entire package. I'd rate this service a definite 5+!

"I recently had to RMA an item and was going to have to pay return shipping. When I voiced my concerns to customer service agent Yvette.Y.Wang, she promptly issued a prepaid label to return the product. She was very professional and courteous during our chat. I have done business with newegg for several years and will continue to do so. I have always recommended them to my friends and others who contact me about computer issues. Their prices are UNBEATABLE and thier customer service is among the best I have encountered."

"I purchased a Cooler Master Storm Scout case for the PC I was building and realized after I picked it up that it was too big for what I needed. I called customer service to request an RMA and got it by email the same day. I have never opened the box the item came in. Since I live near their returns processing office I simply dropped the item off personally. I was given a receipt acknowledging the item was delivered to them and later on that same day, I received an email that the RMA was approved. A day later I received another email informing me that the refund processing was completed. I received a full refund for the item I returned. Returning an item to Newegg is as simple and easy as returning an item to a brick and mortar store (well it is for me because I live close-by to their will-call location and also close-by to their returns warehouse)."

"I had a problem with some products that I had ordered and could not get the proper rebates. Ronnie Ramirez in customer service helped me and went above and beyond to assist me with resolving by problem completely. If I could give him 7 stars I would. He was friendly, helpful and considerate. He is definitely 5 stars if that is all I can give him, he deserves more."

"Been shopping at newegg for many years. They truely are top notch. The prices are great, shipping is really fast, and their customer service is outstanding. I recenty had an issue with the price of an item that I bought. The customer service rep(Heidy)resolved it right away. They value their customers!"

"Newegg has some of the best customer service I've experienced in my life, I ordered a case once, but it failed to arrive at my house. I contacted customer service and they sent me a brand new one with overnight shipping, all for free! I'd also wanted to know if they prove matched because I was thinking of purchasing for somewhere else, I contacted customer service and they gave me $20 off, plus their shipping is amazingly fast! I will definitely continue shipping on newegg"
