"We've been using Monoprice for several years and have always been happy with the speedy delivery and competitive prices. On our last order a piece was damaged. When I called monoprice's customer support I was amazed that I didn't have to go through voice automated/computer choices that are always a pain to use. I was also impressed at how they handled the situation. They are mailing me a new product to exchange and they emailed me a return to postage from ups so I don't have to pay anything. A true test of a company is not always when the times are good but when problems arise and the monoprice customer service team (Diedre to be exact) stepped up to the plate and hit a home run."

"I recently order 2 products and when I received my package one was missing. I immediately contact customer service and my problem was resolve. My missing item will be shipped. Great customer service."

"My experience with online technical support was outstanding. The reason it was outstanding was Khalid S. He was brilliant and patient in helping me sort out a driver problem for my drawing tablet. "Refused to cancel an order that was less than 12 hours old and had not be picked or shipped yet. Did offer RMA, but would not refund shipping "

"Terrific store and a real game changer for the whole business of buying cables. This used to be the item for which you really got skinned. Not anymore. Monoprice is not just about getting a low price -- you know you'll get a quality item. Amazon has jumped into this business too, but Monoprice still tends to give me better value."

"I purchased a number of cables, power supplies, and adapters over the past two years. In every case the items are as described, the orders processed the same day, and the low cost overnight delivery option is a very nice bonus feature.

They have a lifetime warranty on cables and when a USB extender proved unreliable in my application, they promptly replaced it. The replacement had the same intermittent problem with the "A" plug (not a manufacturing defect per se, but just not able to maintain a tight connection on a particular piece of equipment). They have a different cable series that I know does work and they agreed to give me credit toward the higher priced cable.

So, great prices, a very broad range of products, fast shipping and a world class customer service/RMA process. I recommend them highly.

"I purchased my 4th iPhone charger on 3/11/12. The connector fell to pieces this past weekend 5/5/12. It is a Monoprice branded item. I did the customer service live chat and problem was solved on the spot. They are sending me out a new item today! Couldn't be happier. No need to return the old one, which made me happy since it was an item under $10. Didn't want to spend $$$ to return the defective one. Emailed the CS rep a photo, and he took care of it right away!!!"
