"Monoprice has supplied me with great products and great service. While i wish you could get Tech support on the phone instead of web chat, they hav been great in providing replacements with an item that was having issues. They ship the replacement out first and send a free RMA for returns in this case. That is quality service from a great vendor. I have worked with them multiple times and have been pleased everytime."
