"Actually, I have been a customer of Milliamp LTD for several years. They sent me replacement batteries which I installed myself on my older Ipods. Now however, it is more difficult to separate the two halves of the newer Ipods, so they do it on site there. Their fees are reasonable and their service could not be better. What is unusual about them is that they send e-mail advisories about each step of their repair. I've never encountered that before. I fear that their service is so good that I will never see it again in any other corporate venue. If you use them, you will be seriously "spoiled." Just don't expect this quality of service from anyone else! "
"After my Ipod's headphone jack stopped working properly I didn't know what to do. I wasn't going to pay upwards of $100 to have apple repair it. Then a friend recommended ipodjuice.com. They fixed my Ipod in a flash, installed a fantastic new battery and kept me updated every step of the way. "Fifth generation iPod battery long gone. I got the prepaid label ($10...worth the convenience) and off it went. I received e-mails at every step of the process from "We got it" to "Replaced the battery, checked all other functions" to "Rechecked by someone other than the first guy (as an engineer, this is very important)" to "It's off to the shipping department" to "It's shipped" This gave me a really good feeling about the company. Usually, you send something out and keep your fingers crossed that the company got it, etc., etc. until it is finally returned. Return packaging excellent (electrostatic bag!!) I'd recommend milliamp.com for battery replacement service wholeheartedly. I can't comment on any of their other services but usually a company's process and attention to customer satisfaction is present regardless of the service it offers. Good job, guys!!"
"Mr. M,I am very happy with the whole process of getting my daughters IPod Touch fixed. Most of the time I have an issue with people/companies emailing all the time( usually adds) but I have to say I was happy and a bit surprised with the emails you sent me. I think it worked great with the fact that I paid for expediting service. Great service! The customer service I received when I dropped off the IPod was excellent and the time it took to get it back exceeded my expectations. "I recently bought a replacement battery for my first generation Ipod touch and it was not charging correctly. I thought that it was a bad battery. I called the 800 customer service number and spoke to Anthony who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He recommended several ideas to check for other sources of the battery not charging correctly. He also offered to send out a new battery, free of charge, if I could not get the battery to work correctly. The problem turned out to be a defective ipod charger and the ipod now works like new. I was very impressed with the personal, efficient service I received at Milliamp and would recommend them to anyone."
"I really cannot begin to express my elation with your company and how well everything was handled. For an owner to reach out to his customers proves that you are not only trustworthy but you stand behind your services and team. As previously stated I was unable to find anyone who could repair the charging port on our Ipod Touch 3rd Generation after it was accidentally broken.
