Later finding another vender who indicated stock on hand, I placed my order with them (they did indicate I\u0027d get a shipment by 4\/28) after canceling my order with Markertek.<br><br>Well Markertek received my misdirected dissatisfaction - my brain fart. In less than a day I received, not just one, but two follow-up apologies and their best explanation of what might have happened. WOW! With customer service like that I will be ordering from them again.
