"Through ebay, I purchased two Saarinen style chairs advertised using a picture supplied by the Knoll company. In actuality, the chairs were very cheap knock-offs. The design lacked grace and the chairs were uncomfortable. I should never have assembled the chairs because they were almost impossible to disassemble (my mistake, as I was trying to convince myself that I could live with them). The representative of the store was a bully. I finally got a refund, but I had to pay for return shipping. Of course, the seller wrote a bad review about me that was a complete lie. I imagine many people purchase furniture from this company and are happy in their ignorance. Those of us who have refined taste are only disappointed. If you want cheap knock-offs, use this company. They are affordable, after all. If you want the real deal, you'll have to pay full price or buy used or vintage."
