"I recently orders a trundle bed and two twin mattresses for my son. I completely satisfied with the ease of my ordering online, the online chat help and the selection they had. My order shipped two weeks early and the product met/exceeded my expectations. I did have a warped drawer that I called about once the bed was put together and they gave me NO problem with shipping a new drawer out right away. I recommend this company to anyone looking for bedding and exceptional service. I am a VERY happy customer!"

"What word descibes quality service? ivgStores! I had looked locally for a specific vanity and seat for my wife locally at 4 different vendors. All of which said would take 4 to 6 weeks to deliver. Finding this vendor online and stating the exact same product could be delivered before Christmas was all I needed to try.I ordered on the 8th, recieved confirmation on the 9th that it would be shipped on the 12th and it appeared on my doorstep on the 10th. Note - The packaging had looked like it had never touched the ground from wherever it had shipped from!Worst part about it was gettng it in the door without the wife seeing it and hiding it. :)If I had more than 2 thumbs, e.g., 3, etc., they'd all be up! Thank you!"
"IMPORTANT: IVG Stores charges your credit card immediately on order regardless of whether the item is in stock or backordered. I've ordered twice from them and both times had to wait at least a month for shipment.Also, customer service is very poor. I tried calling them before I placed my order to check on the shipping lead time. The website showed the item in stock so I called to see how long shipping would take. They said it would be 3-4 days to "process" the order then 3-5 days transit. I asked if they could get the factory to ship faster and they offered to call the factory and get back to me.The first person didn't get back to me so I called back. They had no idea what I was talking about and the first person had "gone off shift". I asked again and they said they'd get back to me. Again, they didn't. I called again and they said no one was answering the phone at the factory but the item was showing in stock so it would probably be at my place in ten days.I placed the order. They charged my credit card immediately. Then I get an email saying the item is backordered and the estimated ship date was two months later. I am still waiting for the item. In June 2011 a representative of IVG said on this site that they changed their practices and no longer charge the credit card until shipment, but I can tell you that's a lie, they charged me a month ago and I'm still waiting for my item.The first time I ordered with them the item shipped in about four weeks, arrived in perfect condition and is a really quality piece of furniture. That time I ordered "white glove" service (includes assembly) but they said that they couldn't schedule the white glove service provider for another three weeks so I cancelled that service and they refunded my money.In conclusion:CONS1. They charge your credit card immediately even if the item may be on backorder for months2. The "quantity in stock" on their website is basically a joke3. Customer service is cluelessPROS1. Good prices2. If you aren't in a hurry, they eventually get you what you ordered3. They were happy to refund the "white glove" service charge when I asked"
"I purchased a set of six stackable chairs through IVG stores. First of all, the site did not inform me that I could order chip samples to find the correct color for my purchase. Secondly, I ordered the set and am not happy with the color. While I understand that returns are not accepted for this product, the sales associate Dori informed me that she would get in touch with the manufacturer to see about setting up an exchange. I have called back three days in a row now only to be told that they have left two messages and one email for the manufacturer and have not heard back. I find this funny, because I have now called the manufacturer myself three time only to have them answer right away. I asked Lee, the customer service person at the manufacturer, if he had heard from IVG and he said that they have people there 9 hours a day and no one has seen an email or received a message from IVG."
"We ordered 2 pieces of furniture from IVG stores in late August and didn't receive both of the pieces until late October. The two pieces are beautiful, they're of good quality, and were priced at almost 1/2 of the cost we could have gotten from a brick and mortar retailer. However, we almost canceled the order completely because of shipping issues. I rated customer service a 4, only because of one customer service manager, Elizabeth Johnson, that ensured our order got to us throughout this painstaking process, ...and she refunded our shipping costs per my request. Thank goodness for her,...otherwise our living room would still be unfurnished at his moment - ha! However, the rest of the customer service team was not helpful at all, as they never escalated our issue (until I demanded it), and they kept giving us different reasons as to why our order hadn't arrived. IVG was also partially responsible for why the order took so long to arrive to us, as they had several occurrences where they mis-communicated with the shippers, so much that we had to communicate with the shippers ourselves several times in order to find out what the delay was in the delivery process. Overall, an order that was guaranteed to arrive within 1-3 weeks of the order date actually arrived in 9 weeks. I would not shop there again, because of the issues that we had receiving shipment. This retailer has some MAJOR issues with their communication and organization; however, that should not overshadow the hard work of the employees that are able to go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service within a flawed internal system."
"I was very concerned about placing an order online but was assured I will be satisfied. My order was over $6,000 for a bedroom set. I have not received the bedroom set because my house is not finished for move in. I had the bedroom set stored until the second week of December. IvgStores agreed to cover the cost of storage and the set up fees for delivery. Gavin has been in touch with me the entire time to make sure I am a satisfied customer. I am very pleased with IVG customer service. I will write another review when I receive my furniture. I cannot wait to see it!!"
"We ordered a bed on Oct 13/11, they told us it would take about 10 days to ship, they would contact us with tracking number once the item was picked up from wearhouse. 2 Weeks later still waiting. I contact the CS 3 times in a week:1) They told me item was going to be shipped the Oct 24th.2) Oct 24th I called to check status, but they told me item was going to be shipped on 28th instead.3)Called the 28th to check status, they told me it was going to be shipped but had to wait 72hours for tracking number.4)Today Oct 31st I called to check status and tracking. ITEM WAS NOT SHIPPED (even though they send me an email on the 24th to say it was shipped). I CANCELLED ORDER. WATING CONFIRMATION EMAIL FOR REFUND!! I Understand that delays can happen but add the lies and the fals emails sent to me to inform me with invalid, fals info is just NOT PROFESSIONAL."

Was told item was shipping and tracking info would be forwarded. Received call today item is no longer available. Credit card had been tied up since original August order. TOTAL WASTE !!"

When we found the stools we really wanted, we ordered again from ivg because of their good customer service. The price was cheaper than in a local store."
