"I originally had my battery replaced on my Itouch Ipod. Milliamp Ltd serviced my Ipod in a timely manner and quickly. I am very pleased with the results. However, about a month or so later, when I was trying to play my Ipod, it kept repeating the same track. I contacted Mlilliamp via email and Anthony was very helpful in resolving the problem. He gave me step by step instructions as to what to do to check my Ipod. Apparently, it was just a setting problem and it was very easy to correct. I am very pleased with the service from Milliamp Ltd."

But I purchased the Ipod battery and replacement kit for my 5th Generation after watching the process on their YouTube site. The product shipped over the Memorial Day holiday (!) and was at my house on the date promised. It took my about 15 minutes to complete the switch, primarily because I was afraid I'd mess it up. "I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. The owner of the company himself followed up with me to see how my transaction went. Normally you get the normal automatic response, but not this company. I placed my order Saturday evening, received my shipping label Monday, and received my ipod back Wednesday evening of the following week. I am so impressed with this company! I have never received service like this from any business, much less one from a different state. I have to say, initially, I was a little apprehensive when I received an automatic email stating that my item would take a little longer than expected to get to a technician, but they actually started working on it the next day. I also appreciated how they emailed from each department stating exactly what they were doing and what was next. To some this may seem a little annoying, but for someone like me, always worried, I was very thankful and felt at ease. Also, I just want to add how happy I was to find that my husband's music and apps were not compromised through this whole process, being the only problem with the IPOD was the broken port. The hardest part of this whole experience was finding out that Apple would not cover the damage and trusting my 64G Ipod, that I spent so much money, on to someone else. This company really went above and beyond for me, their prices are great, and I paid a little extra for the shipping myself so that I could get it back right away and literally they received it on Tuesday and shipped it back to me on that following Friday. If it weren't for shipping back and forth the repair really only took 3 days and they are honest. They did additional testing to see if anything else was wrong and of course I knew there wasn't but they checked anyway. Excellent company!! This is how all businesses should run, honest, fast, efficient and really care about their customers needs."
"Did a lot of research, and finally settled on Milliamp to not only supply the parts but do the install. They were very clear about time frames, said it would be 7-10 days once they received. From the time they received it, I got 6 emails in 2 days telling me where it was in the process, and it was shipped back to me on the 3rd day. Over and above customer service!!
