"I have never been treated so rudely by customer service in my life. I was a first time customer and ordered my wedding invitations and response cards through Invationstyles. I received the email to proof and everything looked great so I told them to print. When I received them in the mail the response cards were not what I had ordered or proofed. I contacted Invitationstyles through email and asked how I could fix the problem. The response I received back was flooring. I quote
"hi,
Glad to receive your email.
Have you ever thought the reason why we change the background color of the response cards?
People can write on black cards, and if they write something, you can not read them.
Thanks for your understanding."
I do understand that black backgrounds are difficult to read when you write on them but to have it brought to my attention in such a fashion is unforgivable in a company. This is obviously a problem they have had in the past but to bring it to someones attention in this manner is flooring. I do not recommend this company to anyone especially if you have never ordered invitations before. They are not helpful and very difficult to get in contact with if there is a problem.

"I received my wedding invitations within 10 days of ordering. They were very inexpensive but don't look inexpensive. Rich colors. I love them! I am so glad I found your website! Thank you very much! I would recommend them to anyone looking for economy but nice invites."

"I am in the process of ordering from them and i sent them an email about my changes but haven't heard from them and it's been over the 12 hours that they say they will respond by. I also tried to chat with someone during their online hours and they would never answer me. Then I tried calling their phone number and it goes straight to a voice mail. So really what I am wondering is how do you get a hold of someone over the phone and not through emails so i can get my invitations how i want them as quick as possible. "

"I was very happy when I found the invitationstyles website. The invitations were very pretty and the prices were amazing. I placed my order and received my proofs in less than a day. I did edits to my invitations a few times and new proofs were emailed to me very quickly each time. They edited the invitations until they were exactly how I wanted them. I received my invitations a couple of days ago and they are perfect! I am so happy with the style and the quality. I will be ordering from invitation styles again in the future for sure!"

"I highly recommend this website. I have ordered my wedding invitations and have them personalized, I have chosen the mermaid one and it’s beautiful, my husband and I love them. The communication with Monica was excellent. I received the proof within 5 working days, the quality of the paper, envelopes and drawing is amazing. I then decided to change the wording and got an email-proof right away. I have had issues with my work email and ask them to send me the updated proof to another email, which was done with no problems at all. I would have paid a fortune if I had ordered them here in Italy. Perfect 10!!

"I would most definetly recommend Invitationstyles! I had received my invitations in the mail extremely fast and was very pleased and in love with them when I saw them! And the price for them is amazing for the quality of invitations you recieve! I am so happy and excited for them to arrive to my invited guests!"

"I would not recommend using this merchant. I ordered my daughter's wedding invitations and was very excited with the invite and the initial service we received. Monica was very patient throughout several modifications. Then we received the invitations. First, we ordered two seperate RSVP cards (April 13 and May 13), I received April 23 and May 13th and yes, both proofs I was emailed were for the 13th. I immediately emailed the company and now have to send them a picture (as proof) but the invites have to go out so they will be going out with the wrong date. Also, the invitations WERE NOT ASSEMBLED. The one we selected indicates the "verse is printed on inner paper" but what they don't say is that this inner paper isn't pasted into the invitation. I've asked how we do this and have yet to receive a response.
Final issue, not as important, in the last email they indicated we received a total of 80 response cards when it was 120.
For all of these reasons I will NEVER be using this company again and would warn others not to. They are very responsive until they get your money."

"I searched and searched for a few months trying to find some inexpensive invitations that weren't just plain white or off white paper. finally, I came across this site. I am helping my sister with her wedding and she doesn't have a large budget. She was ecstatic with all the choices that are offered!!! I was shocked that there were so many ;o) Monica was great to work with and getting them printed and shipped was so fast. I would definitely recommend invitationstyles.com for your wedding invites. even if you have a large budget, they have so many styles to choose from and you can pick your font, font color, and matching stationary. What a great deal!!! Thanks Monica"
