"I placed this order to be shipped by USPS (even my final order receipt states that). They claimed that their site says that for orders over a certain weight the shipping is "upgraded" to FedEx Ground, and they changed the shipping method without asking me. So, be careful about the shipping method while you are ordering! Your final shipping method may not be correctly reflected on your final confirmed order receipt."

"Customer service sucks. Order on 02/22/06 and 02/23/06. As of 03/01/06 product still has not shipped. Called several time to talk to a person only to get voice mail and no call back."
