"I'm very happy with the service overall. There are some usability issues that could be improved, as well as some dated or incorrect info pulled up in searches (as you'd expect with any big database)... but overall I don't see how you can touch the bang-for-the-buck offered by infofree.com."

"I was very displeased in the way I was treated by the customer service rep., Brian. He was very rude and treated me like I was an idiot. He does not know the website and ended up yelling at me when I was just asking a simple question. I will not be using this service because of his attitude. Don't need a service which cannot provide good customer service"

"by paying a flat price of $42.95 per month, i am saving thousands of dollars on mailing lists. most other companies like sales genie charge 15 cents per name...that can run into thousands of dollars. Infofree data is great, high quality, easy to use and one flat price. I love it "

"So far I'm very pleased with the service. The system is user friendly and the search options are useful. I especially like the fact that infofree has added more specialty databases such as Occupations, as my company gives discounts for certain occupations. Everytime I had to call customer service, there was never a long wait time to speak to someone and the representatives are always helpful and pleasant."
