"After 2 previous small orders that were filled w/o incident, I placed an order that included a used computer, and proceeded to wait, and wait and wait, even thought the order was listed as "Approved" when I logged-in to my account. When I e-mailed a rep, I was told tha the order was not yet shipped because the computer was out of stock and they were sorry. I was then told that they were expecting a re-stock on the item "soon" and the order would be shipped then. At this point, my credit card had already been charged, and my patience had evaporated, so I e-mailed back, pointing out the virutal impossibility of "re-stocking" a unique item like a used computer, and told them to cancel the order and refund the charge. I got a reply saying that they would cancel my order and refund the charge as requested, but they never did! After numerous un-answered e-mails, I gave up and disputed the charge with my credit card, and they recently decided in my favor. If I log-on to my account on the site, this order is still listed as "Approved"! Never again."
"I will have to voice in defence of this store. They are far from perfect, but I found them to be reasonable to deal with. They have very low prices for random items that do seem to come from someone's surplus. I've bought quite a bit of hardware from them (three, four hundred worth in about 6 different orders). I have had a single problem with a computer case that arrived damaged and took a while to get credit for since they did not have it in stock. Shipping does take a while (from 10 to 20 days) but items always arrive as advertised and in a good condition, besides that computer case (another one arrived in a fine condition and is being used now). Customer support is friendly, although refunding of the case took about three calls.
Don't buy anything mission critical, but for good cheap hardware they seemed to work well for me."
"3 weeks to ship my parts, and only after constant back and forth emails and threaening PP dispute.
first, after 2 weeks, i requested they cancel my order and NOT ship it. then, like magic i get a shipping confirmation, which they say "ignore it" we're going to cancel it. Well, it still shows up.
So i call and request a return. My agent, Max, tells me to use their UPS acct to return it. I return it. They never ever return my emails anymore after that. So I file with PayPal but the timeframe is up on the complain window.
Thankfully, I decided at the last second to empty my PP balance and pay with my Amex, so they got what was coming to them in the long run.
"will not shop from this store ever again! received product after a month, and found only 2 out of 3 items ordered. packaging is horrible, the 512MB of DDR ram is duct taped to the headset i ordered, and they just put the things in a bubble wrapped envelope! the headset is not as advertised and only works on some 3rd party phone. I returned the stuff a month ago and it is still in to-be-credited status."
"Purchased some memory to upgrade my computer in early March. It took them 2 weeks after payment to ship. The memory wasn't compatible with my computer, so I promptly returned it. After a month of no credit appearing on my credit card statement and hearing all types of excuses from "It's a Paypal issue" (?? - I paid with a credit card!) to "We're having credit issues but you'll get your credit tomorrow", I finally had to call my credit card company. After a couple of days of investigation, they issued me a full credit. BEWARE!"

I ordered a PC case w/power supply. Their website described the merchandise as 'New'. It arrived, and it is obviously 'Used' and in poor condition. The case cover is slightly bent and scratched. The screws to hold the cover on are missing. The power supply is a reject, with a label on it written by a tech that says 'No Power'.
I used their online help facility to complain. They said they'd issue a CC credit in the amount $29.99, on 6/2/05. I checked this morning (6/3/05), and no credit has been issued.

"Back ordered items, got only one email response(by guessing at some email addresses). Took numerous emails and phone calls to finally get a credit two months later. Would not do business with again."
"The good news: Great Prices... The Bad news: Charged paypal in full 1 week before shipping a partial order. Said shipped UPS but shipped USPS. Poor customer support. My First and Last order from them."
"I bought a firewire cable on their web site, which says they have >500 of them. They got the PayPal payment on the same day. Today May 24, 2005. No response to my emails, no answer to my phone calls and no explanation.
I did have a purchase before. I suggest don't bet your money on them being honest.

"The item was not in stock. It seems that I got a credit on my credit card within a little more than a week after I found out that the item was not in stock, one week after the original order was placed.
NEVER AGAIN NO MATTER THE DISCOUNT!!!"
