"I placed two orders yesterday. They cancelled one of the order WITHOUT notifying/calling/emailing me. I called in and asked and they said the order was cancelled at MY request. That is ridiculous. Now, the other order is shown to be "backordered". Again, no notification whatsoever. So, they want us to call them back? Who is the customer here?"
"QVC is the only website that CANNOT give an ACTUAL delivery even though the item is already on transit via UPS! I checked my item on QVC and it said it was in "transit". I them looked at UPS and entered the UPS tracking, there is no delivery date and it has a message, "UPS has received shipper's billing information electronically. Billing information received does not indicate shipment pickup or drop-off. Please contact the shipper for more details." I called QVC and they said, "I'm sorry, we can't give you an actual date."
