He took my order and of course tried to upsell me. He was VERY polite when I turned down most items. No hard sell at all.<br><br>He promised quick shipment and he delivered. I placed the order on a Wednesday and it was in my hands on Monday. Granted, I am only 200 miles from their store, but shipping was free.<br><br>Fumfie did everything they promised. I got a great price, and there were even goodies in the box. When I called to get the status of my order they upsold a battery that I thought was a Panasonic. They said it was longer lasting, not so. The camera reads the battery as fully charged and then the camera just goes dead. When I charge the battery it shows that it is charged in about 15 minutes. ?? I didn\u0027t want the disposable camera but they sent it anyway. Why would you give someone a disposable camera when they just ordered a new camera from you? The same day I ordered several other items to go with the camera from different vendors. Everything was at my door by Fri. The price was fair but not enough to do business with them again. My card was charged on the 11th. I don\u0027t like that.<br>As a follow up to this review:<br>Within hours of posting this review I was contacted by Henry from Fumfie. The guy really went of his way to try to address the issues I mentioned. To their credit I am being sent an additional battery plus a charger. He apologized for the delay in the shipment.
