I ordered a product that was \u0022in stock\u0022 and it took nearly three weeks to get it, only after I sent a follow-up email asking about its status. No communication at all from the beginning of the transaction. Then after a poor review, I was asked to revise my comments so that their customer support could fix the problem by finding a different product for me. Again no response from them for nearly 1 month, and only after I contact them again to get info, do I find that they cannot assist. With the amount of companies out there, and competitive pricing all over, you are better off taking your business elsewhere. No refund was given at anytime, otherwise, it would have changed my opinion, and I don\u0027t expect them to build anything, but I would like to know why they cant find the drive, as it is listed in stock on their own website. I don\u0027t like to have to haggle with stores when I am giving them my business. Many companies that do this actually drop-ship from the manufactruer. Etech4sale was local, AND had the best price for my monitor on Pricegrabber.<br><br>Their web site is well-done, with up-to-date information on the number of units available in the warehouses across the US. The checkout process was easy, and I could use Paypal without having to reveal my address or credit card details.<br><br>I placed the order on a Sunday, mentioning that I will pick up the monitor myself. Etech4sale called me to confirm the order on Monday, and on Tuesday I got a call that the monitor was ready for pickup at their small store in Santa Clara.<br><br>I drove there and picked it up without any frills. Signed the paper and was out with it in under 2 minutes.<br><br>That\u0027s where the good experience STOPPED, however.<br><br>The monitor had a manufacturer defect, confirmed on HP\u0027s forum. On April 17, I put in an RMA request via the web site. No reply from etech4sale within a few days, so I called their toll-free number and kindly asked for an update - via their voicemail. There was no customer representative to take my call.<br><br>Today, One week later, no update.
