"They delivered my chair quickly. Unfortunately, it was not as expected. I called the next day to process a return, which was handled quickly and accurately. The firm they used to pick up the returned chair left a bit to be desired. The driver had no hand truck (he said it was broken) and no paperwork. He was going to refuse to take the chair until I told him I would complete and fax paperwork for the return. I used my cart to get the chair to the curb and load it. Calls to the shipping company's office and eofficedirect.com cleared up the paperwork mess. I'm still waiting on a credit. Hopefully that won't be a problem."
