"DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! They are a joke. They do not stock anything. I bought a game console and paid for 2 day shipping on the 18th. I have been emailing and filled out their web form numerous times. They blew me off. Finally today I called credit card company to dispute the charges. I again email them to tell them to cancel order. What do they do? The idiots send it anyway. I am refusing the shipment and proceeding to dispute the charges. They are a fraud."

"Watch out. Fraund. E-digital electronics uses PayPal for transactions which I did not realize till after transation. E-digital electronics has sent me a deffective phone and failed to respond at all. I wanted to know how to replace the phone. Complainted to PayPal but their policy is pro-merchant. They can take complaint if you don't recieve an item or the item that you receive is completely different. PayPal does not protect against faulty items. They let merchants get away with selling defective products. Don't use e-digital-electronics and try to awoid PayPal"
"If y'all haven't realized, this company makes their purchases through NetDropShipper.com. Therefore, they do not actually have a warehouse, but use the drop shipper. NetDropShipper is not exactly a reliable source. So when there source messes up, they are forced to take the blame."

"I placed an order for an item on 02-01-06 which ultimately wound up being back ordered until 02-21-06 and again until 03-02-06. After being advised again that it was still backordered, I cancelled my order. As per the previous reviewer, this company should not be attempting to sell merchandise they do not have in their inventory. I found it very disturbing that information on their website recommended that you call them to obtain information on ordered items, but interestingly, they do not have any telephone numbers listed on their website. When I emailed them on multiple occasions advising them of their statement and requested a telephone number, they would not supply a telephone number. The company used PayPal to process my credit card charge when the order was processed, even though the item was backordered for over a month. I was truly concerned because PayPal has no contact information on this company either.Because of the reluctance of the company to provide contact information other than by email, and the unusually long backorder period, I cannot and would not recommend this company to anyone."
"I ordered a memory card on 12/26, the order was immediately verified and I received a FedEx tracking number the next day. After two weeks, the tracking information still showed that it had not been shipped. When I complained, they cancelled my order promptly and refunded my money and stated that the item was out of stock.My only complaint is that they shouldn't be selling products that they don't have in a warehouse unless they tell the consumer that it is on backorder and give an estimate of the delivery time. After my money was refunded, I ordered the same card from e-COST.com for less money and it arrived in one business day."
