"I could not possibly be happier with the entire experience. I needed a system board overnighted, even though it was close to 7pm eastern time. No options for parts on the east coast. eSaitech was super-easy to deal with, had excellent customer service and personal attention, a great price, and got the board delivered by the next morning at a very reasonable price. Truly outstanding!"

"The customer service is excellent. I had to call to verify the motherboard I was ordering was the correct one. The gentleman assured me it was. The order was placed immediately and confirmation was received very shortly after that. The board was put in UPS in just a little over 2 hours and email confirmation was received with tracking number. Then today I got a follow up call to make sure I was happy with the service. Yes I am."

"I called them to check on actual stock levels of some products. They were very helpful and even called me to make sure I received the products and that I was happy. Definitely will do business with them again."

"I have been purchasing from Saitech regularly for over a year. Up until this most recent purchase, all have been done on line. Place the order, receive immediate confirmation and the parts arrive a couple of days later. Everything has been perfect. My most recent order I ended up placing by talking to Radhika. She is wonderful. Purchasing from Saitech has been a joy, orders are handled promptly and shipped promptly. I will not go anywhere else. "

"Saitech is one of our vendors. We use them alot. our Rep Radhika is always very helpful. we are a Government Contractor and we purchase items for Military Training Facilities all over the Country. most of the items we need are hard to find and discontinued parts that have not been in production for several years. We know that Saitech is our best resource for these parts. they are usually able to find what we need, while also staying within our time constraint requirements. Radhika is always very efficient, and great with her follow up and keeping us informed of status, and the price is usually reasonable. We are very happy with Saitech, as well as our rep Radhika. "I have placed 2 orders for EOL Intel Mother Boards for a total so far of 40 MBs. Both orders shipped when expected and arrived in good shape. So far I am satisfied with their pricing and service and would place future orders with them when needed.
