"Ordered parts on December 17th where my credit card was promptly charged. Parts were on backorder with no estimated release date. After a month of waiting to hear back from ereplacementparts, I called and was told the parts were "still" on backorder. I guess they never would have contacted me if I hadn't called. Never order from this outfit!! Legitimate companies do not charge your credit card until they ship!!!"

I recently was in need of a main switch,and power cord for a Makita GV 5000 disc sander. e replacements website was easy to find,,and the exploded diagram assured me the parts were what I wanted. I ordered them,,and they were here in 5 days. I called once to ask a question,,and the service techs were very helpful.. The sander is done.It works perfectly. "Do not order from eReplacementParts.com if you need the parts on any timeline. I was charged for my parts immediately but 48 days (and counting) later, they still have not shipped. This was the second order I placed with them. The first order kept changing which items were on backorder, while giving the option to pay more for separate shipping. They seem to mess around with people until they complain, then try to fix everything."

He looked for the correct part based on the info given but to no avail. He suggested I take a pic. of the part and forward to his e-mail and he would try to identify it. He did and sent me a response and created an order, advising me by e-mail. Order placed on 11/28 and recv. on Sat 12/1. This is the type of service that is rare in the retail enviroment today.
