However, a signature was required and UPS was unwilling to delay the shipment by one day. They would only do that for a \u0022small\u0022 fee. UPS suggested calling the retailer (ePhotoCraft) and have them change the shipping date. ePhotoCraft told me that UPS wanted to charge them double what they were going to charge me to change the date. After about 15 mintues of going back and forth, ePhotoCraft finally decided they would not pass the UPS charge on to me and reschedule the shipment for the day I would be home and that they would take the charges up with UPS.
