"I also had an experience with this company about an order in November and received the Monday after Black Friday.(took 3 weeks to receive it-They captured my Credit Card as soon as possible) We wanted to get it up and running for our daughter for Christmas day on the Saturday before Christmas and you guess it, problems. Wrote them and did receive a message how to fix it, but it didn't fix the problem. Called and left messages and no responds. Christmas morning, I was upset about giving the gift from Santa, but had nothing else and my husband stated, we can get it fixed, famous last words. Make a long story short, our little girl went to bed, stating "This is the worst Christmas ever" and cried herself to sleep. All because of my mistake. As of now, I'm waiting on my Credit Card company for help. I hope eGlobal Wireless gets what they desired. "
"In my opinoin of eglobal is they are the most ruthless company I have ever dealt with.I too ordered a netbook for my 12 y.o grandddaughter paid for priority processing and extra for 3-5 business days after 1 week still nothing, began calling and of course you could not speak to anyone. I finally on the 22 of December called my bank to report them as FRAUD. My bank sent me a claim form and they are working deligently on my refund. The product came 2 weeks after ordering. Since I ordered something else from somewhere else. It was not even opened. I wrote "Return to Sender" and brought right to the post office. Now they (eglobal has refunded my account but minus 25% of product for restocking, now I am fighting for the balance I paid and the 14.99 warranty which they say is non refundable. They charge 25% for restocking because they claim they can not restock broken products. They were sent an email on all this. If product is broken when they get it back it is because they sent damaged good. I wish an Attorney would see all these bad reviews and do a class action lawsuits on these theives."
"The Saga continues folks. Every story is just like mine, some have different twist but still all the same. The real issue is now with our good friend PAY-PAL.They are flooded with complaints, and they continue to allow their trusted service to be tarnished allowing this company to accept our transactions.Its hard for me to believe that Pay-Pal pretends to be the consumers protecter and sits around with pending investgations going on, not demanding full refunds for their customers and helping the government bust this illegal bunch. Those computers are frauds in the sense of illegal operating systems, they have no Microsft licenses, and surely illegal imports from a 3rd world country. I misunderstod my protection using Pay-Pal, I thought they were more than they are. They will never get my money again,They should be holding all the funds this company gets and not allowing customers to complete transactions. The continue to allow people to buy from this crooks and thats wrong PAY PAL!"
"DO NOT BY A THING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! I baught a netbook that states New and it is not new. I had a computer programer look at it after it would not connect to our wireless router but with if diectly connected to router (so whats the purpose). It has a "E" imprinted on monitor screen. It is refurnished even though all my paper work says new. Oh and it does not ship 24-48 hours after order is place took almost 2 plus weeks after several attempts to contact company and e-mails! This is a SCAM and yes all the other reviews are correct! "
"Same story as everyone else. I ordered 2 netbooks on 12/12 and as of 12/23 they had not been shipped. I cancelled order based on the fact that I would not have netbooks by christmas. They refunded about half of the money they took out of my account saying that I had to pay 25% cancel fee, 2year warranty for a product I never recieved and shipping for a product that was never shipped. Unbelievable. I have disputed charges with my bank. Buyer Beware!!!!!!! "
"This is the biggest scam to hit the Christmas season. Their $99 netbook is not worth 99 cents! Not to mention the customer service is worth even less. I used paypal to make my purchase & when the netbooks didn't arrive as promised I opened a claim with paypal & they have investigated & are refunding my money once the products are returned. I also opened a claim with the Better Business Bureau of Florida & the company has not offered an answer but just submitted my tracking info. They need to be put out of business!"
"same story as everyone else....bought them on the 20 th paid extra for quick processing...2-3 insured shipping...checked on the 24th..was unshipped cried all day on christmas eve and phoned every walmart in town to find two more netbooks. Have sent multiple e-mails and get an automated response, informed them not to ship these because they were too late and that we wanted a refund...just got the message they were shipped today....I am expecting the refund not to happen so I have also had a $300 dollar lesson learned, this company is a bunch of crooks... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!"
"OMG I cant believe what I am reading the same thing has happened to me I ordered 3 netbooks 3 weeks before xmas i paid 12.99 extra for fast shipment i called and called left 5 messages left emails blogs and no one has yet to call me back now its after xmas i finally went on chat live for the 10th time and someone writes can i help you i nearly fell off my chair well i shared my expeirence and asked why i didnt recieve my netbooks that i paid 400.00 dollars for and she said we were waiting for another color i then said why didnt someone let me know so i could tell my kids they wouldnt be here for xmas so i could either cancel or at least send me what you do have. and her response was get aload of this guys (Madam you dont have to be rude i walked all the way back to shipping and told them to get your netbooks out so dont be rude to me ) i said are you kidding me its your job hello I am so angry i received the netbooks finally and guess what they dont work i was on the phone with verizon my internet carrier for an hour and a half and couldnt get it working they said call eglobal but guess what i cant because there mailbox is full and they wont get back to you EVER I have been scammed out of 400 hard earned dollars I dont know where to go from here i want to report this so called company and if its the last thing i do catch these people and put them behind bars how can they sleep at night knowing they have stolen money from people "
"This company needs to be put out of business! They are liars and cheats! Netbook I ordered for my daughter came scratched up, doesn't work. Paid extra to have it shipped in the 24 hours, paid for it on the 9th of December, got an email that it was being shipped on the 22nd. Got it on Christmas Eve. Awful timing! Doesn't hold a charge, cannot connect to the internet. The whole thing is a mess. Cannot get a hold of anyone that works there. I leave messages, emails and to no avail. The live chat is a joke, either cannot connect because they are closed, or they are busy assisting other customers. I am thoroughly upset at this company! Buyer beware. To me, they don't even deserve 1 freaking star!"
"I purchased a netbook from eGlobalwireless 12-4, called and called! finally came 12-20. Daughter opened it for Christmas, could not get it to connect to the internet! Tried for a half an hour then the thing shut off and has not turn on since! There are 2 screws that have fallen out of it and don't know from where!! Have tried to call, have gotten a message that says there mail box is full try again. What is this about???? All I want is my money back so I can give my daughter her Christmas present she deserves!!! You can NEVER get ahold of anyone on the phone which is ridicious!! And no one ever anwers your email personally they just anwer with "Thank you, eGlobal". BIG TIME SCAM!!!!!"

"I too ordered a netbook on 11/30..i finally got it on the 17th. I cannot get it connected to the internet and the battery died within 45 mins. I have been mailing and calling since saturday of course no reply. I filed a claim with bank of america and I am disputing the charges. I suggest everyone does the same. They should not be able to send out defective products, 3 weeks late, and have no customer support! They are liars who monitor the reviews on the website and post only the good ones. I tried to write a negative one and at no surprise to me it is not up there! I ordered the netbook after reading the hundreds of positive review little did I know they were being tampered with. Dispute the charges with our credit company and get your money back!"
"I found this company to be awful to deal with. I submitted an order for an "in stock" item (and paid for priority handling AND priority shipping..the item was supposed to ship within 24 hours)and didn't receive it until late Christmas Eve.; Then, the mini computer that I ordered was defective. It won't charge. I have tried calling the company's phone number (sorry, the mailbox is full) and I submitted a "help ticket" and a "return ticket" over 24 hours ago, but haven't heard from them. "
"Took 2 weeks to procesa and ship, despite paying for 3 day shipping. Did not arrive for Christmas, as planned. Will not connect to Wi-Fi, nor will it load any pages that a child would like to utilze. Cannot get a hold of the company, but will be returning and filing a complaint with BBB!!! Knew I should have gone to Walmart or Kmart for this. Lesson learned!!!"
