"ALERT!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.I ordered a Nintendo DS lite replacement case and all I received 4 days later was an empty plastic envelope with notes from the USPS saying "RECEIVED WITHOUT CONTENT". eForCity's web site doesn't have a phone# to call and no business address either. I sent an email to the Service dept but didn't receive an answer. I searched the web for more info about this Co. and found a phone# (626)442-3168. I called several times at different hrs of the day and all I hear is "no one is available to answer the phone". Finally after 3 days of trying, Cinthia answered the phone, I explained the situation and offered to send pictures via email of the envelope I received but she insisted I had to return the envelope to them.I told her that I wasn't comfortable with sending the envelope because I'd loose proof of not delivery she hanged up the phone.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS CO."

"I purchased a cable that was represented as a Nikon UC-E6 compatible cable. The cable was not compatible. After providing this feedback, they sent another cable (slightly different) but that cable was also not compatible with my Nikon camera.My complaint is their products are mis-represented. The cost of the cable was minimal. The cost of shipping is 4x the cost of the cable. This business model generates revenue with every mis-represented product. To get the product refund I need to spend more than the refund to return the cable. eForcity keeps the shipping charges (the bulk of the order). I still don't have the product that I needed."
"If I knew that it would have taken them over 24hrs to process the order, I would have went through someone else. This made my "expedited" order (2-day shipping) pointless since I didn't receive my package four days after I placed the order (there was also a one-day shipping delay)."

I was worried that the shipping company might have lost the package because of the length of time from the shipping date, and eForcity customer service was very helpful and prepared to re-ship the battery. The e-mail survey I got from eForcity was right on the day that I received my orders. I was once an Amazon.com or eBay.com customer only. The problem with some of those websites is that the sellers, even if they have good ratings, do not always deliver the products. This was a big problem when I was in college, because I would wait for a textbook that I ordered from Amazon and it would never come.
