"Horrible customer service! This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. I don't expect every order experience to go perfectly smooth. Things happen. If you want comfort knowing that you will get good service if something goes wrong they are not the store to buy from. I will never give them my business again. Let's just say after waiting 3 months for them to send me a sink I placed in the same order, they would not allow me to exchange the faucet I purchased with it when I found it didn't fit the sink."

"They took my payment, called them after 3 days of no acknowledgement and they do not carry the product any more. They said they would refund, it's been 14 days and still not refunded. Website says customer service til 9pm but when u call its states 5 pm. Very disappointed, so I disputed it through Paypal and they will hold it at least 10 more days. I will cancel Paypal after 12 years of service, since they are of no help. I can go to my bank and reverse it compared to the 10 day hold Paypal offers."
"This was the first time I have purchased something like this, with many parts. I was hopeful that the shipment would arrive with everything in it, and it did! It was all packaged so that nothing was scratched. The person I talked to by calling the 800# was so helpful and told me what I should be looking for in a shower valve. Thanks! I will order again."

"Absolutely the worst online experience I have ever encountered. The reason for 2 order #'s is because they could never identify my order by either of them so used my last name. After 12 email exchanges, multiple phone contacts, etc. I finally ended up returning the item. It took several calls to get the credit dept to issue a credit to my account which they never did. I had to engage AMEX to resolve it. Nobody took accountability for the lapse in customer service and supervisors were not available to assist me until I had to resort to being forceful. I purchased the item elsewhere and got it within 3 days. The call centers are not equipped to help and the specialists are not empowered to influence change in a fragmented process with little regard for the consumer. I asked that my recommendations be elevated to a position of authority. Being in a competitive space this company cannot be ranked even as mediocre. Most unfortunate because they apparently have a marketing budget to get consumers attention but the delivery is substandard. "
"Salesman told me delivery would be within 3 weeks. I called to check on it and was overwhelmed by frustration. Called 4 times and was disconnected. %th call I selected sales; where I was told Customer Service was closed for the weekend. Called on Monday- 5 minutes on hold; gave up. Called back and was told the manufacturer was not open, she actually said, "I can't help you." Called in the afternoon; this time it took 23 minutes on the phone to be advised it would be around another 2 weeks. But no actual date for arrival. That makes 5 weeks to get the item. I would never have ordered it if I had known it would take this long, and the company made NO effort to let me know. I can't comment on product quality, BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE IT. Although my payment was processed VERY promptly."
"While I appreciated the price and variety of offers at eFaucets, I did not appreciate that it took eFaucets more than a month to give me credit for the returned faucets - and if I had not watched my credit card statements, I would never have gotten credit. I had to call them, and requested the re-stocking fee be waived for valid compensation to be given and was told "no" - when I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told "no" again - I do not intend to buy from this site again because customer service is very important to me."
"Worst customer service ever. Items show in stock, ships the same day - only to be told a week later item is on back order and to expect in 3-4 weeks... AND, this happened on more than one order. The second time I ordered on 9/11 (with a phone rep) and was told would ship 9/12. It just shipped today, 9/17. Good thing I have contractors waiting... I'll happily pay the sales tax and shop locally from now on. If it's too good to be true..."
"Placed first order for a kitchen sink with Mike and then called back to add another item (Corbett light pendant). He was so kind and considerate and very helpful for both orders. He definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. It was a pleasure having a sales person so willing to help....and low prices plus no shipping or sales tax. We have been building a new home and have run into many sales people that just work the job and have no further commitment to customers......not so with Mike. Thank you.
