They told us that the toilets would be delivered in 4-6 weeks. Without our permission they immediately charged our credit card for the full order including the shipping. Then in the six weeks we called to check on the order and were told that it would take at least another four weeks. Of course they already had our money so they showed no concern at all as to whether or not we ever received the toilets. "Do not buy from this store. They are dishonest.
I order three Toto toilets from them. They shipped me the wrong ones. I informed them of their error so they offered to replace them but the ones I wanted were on back order. This is contrary to what their site says.
I asked them to cancel the order so I could meet my project timelines and buy from someplace else. They would not entertain it until I setup a 3-way call with the credit card company. They said on the call that they would refund the entire amount including shipping.
I have not received the refund as yet. I informed them that I have disputed the charge. The customer service dept. replied to my email:
That’s fine. We will simply move forward to mediation, which will now take several months to complete and issue a refund. At this point, you have still violated our Terms & Conditions by refusing the replacement after you signed for the shipment. We will follow up with the credit card company as a reversal and dispute and deal with them directly.
