"DO NOT purchase a dress from this company. I bought 7 bridesmaid dresses for a wedding. The dresses were delivered promptly and were well made but they were the wrong color and the sizes were all wrong. Most of them were more than 2 inches too small. I requested a full refund - their return policy states that they will refund in full AND pay for return shipping if it is their mistake. After taking pictures to show the wrong color, I had to send pictures to show the measurements. Instead of honoring their return policy they are trying to negotiate. First they offered to refund 15% to pay for tailoring. Then they offered to remake the dresses. Then they offered to refund 35% and let me keep the dresses, because it will cost too much money to return the dresses and they need to pay designers and their staff. They allow you to review their products but they won't post what you write. If this were a reputable company they would honor their own return policies without question. I have now exchanged 6 emails with them insisting that they honor their own return policies and they still have not complied. "
"The quality of the dress is very poor. The rhinestones used on the dress were tacky. The bodice of the dress has swen in pads that buldge out of the top of the dress.. no idea why they have these pads..they seem out of place. You cannot return the dress if the reason is "you dont like it" So I am stuck with this ugly dress. I guess they have to have this in their return policy or they would be out of business. My recommendation is buy a dress at Walmart you would get a better quality. "
"A few women had recommended that I order my dress from dress-market.com and so after days and days of searching for my perfect dress I found this one! I kept thinking about it and looking at the pictures of it and decided to JUST GO FOR IT! I am so glad I did. I purchased the dress on the 30st of March and they arrived on the 20th of April. i requested delivery 10-20 days, so they came pretty quickly!! The package has a little damaged. But this does not matter.I feel pretty excited since it was my very first purchase from this site!I would definitely recommend this website, as it doesn't just sell funky clothes but any thing you could possible look for."
"TERRIBLE WEBSITE DO NOT ORDER! I recently ordered a Jovani prom dress from this site. Now any girl thats looking for prom dresses should know that Jovani and Sheri Hill are the best prom dress companies so when I came across the dress for sale I figured that was a sign that I should have the dress. I ordered the dress and got it express shipped. It got here pretty fast which shocked me being as thought proper tailoring takes time. I knew the dress was going to be bad becasue when it got to me it came in a bag -___- it wasn't even protected in plastic the dress was in a regular old shopping clothing store bag. So i put that aside and tried to stay positive. then i opened the dress only to find that it was not only the wrong color but it was poorly made! The dress was a cheap knock off and it looked like I made it myself. the material of the dress was so cheap it made me itch and they got my measurements all wrong. the dress was supposed to be a long elegant flowing dress with beading to accent my waist and make it look smaller. The waistline on the dress was about 2 sizes to wide plus the dress did not sweep the floor. I am a size 4 dress and the dress that i recieved fit like a size 8. When i emailed them about my problems the lady insisted i send pictures of the dress. That is stupid to me. If I am a customer and i am saying that i am not happy with the product. i should not have to send pictures to verify that i am unhappy! My money should be rufunded 100% there should be no compromise. Take it from me a 18 year old senior in high school, ladies DO NOT ORDER A DRESS FROM HERE. Trust me when I say you are worth more then they can give you!"
"My gown is exquisite and was purchased at dress-market.com It is a "Bonny" inspired gown in a Plus Size (like a 20-22). I took it to a local shop for the bustle and minor alterations (the gown was ordered to my specifications and it was about 95% dead on-the length is PERFECT). This tailor has been dealing with gowns for 15 years and she was extremely impressed with the quality of my Internet purchase from China.Yes, it was made in China at about 1/2 the cost of an original designer gown but there is no way the fabric is cheap. I'd already tried on the actual designer Bonny gown locally but could not afford the gown plus alterations. It would have run me almost $1,000. The gown I purchased was so very minutely different in one or two areas that it was almost impossible to notice the difference, and it is my dream gown and just as high quality as the one I tried on.Both of my cousins bought their gowns at dress-market.com as well and my aunt, who's purchased original designer gowns for two daughters, could not tell the difference either.dress-market has an impressive reputation for quality workmanship and they don't advertise their gowns as "fakes" or "knock-offs." Their gowns are inspired by designers, but they do not do or say anything to lead you into thinking you're getting an actual designer gown. But the quality is still exceptional.Obviously you have to do what you're comfortable with; I just thought I'd give you another opinion based on personal experience.Good luck and Congratulations!"

Also, after I wanted to return the dress they insisted that I pay for the shipping. WHY should I pay for the shipping when the dress that I was expecting did not come?! I have never felt so cheated and angered by a company in my life."
"I ordered a dress form them and got it and it looked vaguely like the picture. It had the general idea but i knew as soon as i saw it i had been screwed over. dress-market.com is a terrible place to shop and i highly recommend you never use it!! Take it from a 16 year old girl whose prom dreams are now shattered."
"My prom is on May 12, 2012. I received my dress in the mail about 2 weeks before my actual prom. I had given my exact measurements to ensure that that dress would in fact fit me. I thought that I had everything figured out and that my dress would be stunning. I even had my boyfriend get his tux to match my dress before it had been delivered. I believed that I would receive a quality dress because on the website under "Our Guarantee" it stated that, "With the responsible manufacturers and their good manufacturing equipments, the well-processed dresses can always meet customers' demands." It is clear that this was not a main concern with my dress. The dress I received did not look like what it did in the picture and was made very poorly. I took it to a tailer to have them see if there was anything they could do and they said there was nothing, that the dress was made so poorly that I couldn't wear it. The dress is so unflattering and I feel like I was cheated. My mom spent $172.98 on a dress that I can never wear. Not only that, but I had to buy a new dress within two weeks of prom. I emailed this company about my concerns and they responded that it was MY FAULT that the dress didn't fit me, and not theirs for the poor construction and overall care. They were not helpful at all and apparently I can't even return the dress that I can never wear. On another note, my mother's credit card was compromised from this website and she had to block it out and get a new one.. Which can only lead me to believe that there were alternative motives to this. I would prefer to get my money back for the dress. I'm am very dissatisfied with the overall quality of the dress, the service, the fact that they say they won't let me return my dress, and that I had to spend extra money to get a new dress on such short notice. Something has to change within this company if it wants to stay around."
"This company is nothing but a SCAM. They try to replicate dresses and fail miserably at it. We recieved the dress in the mail and it was a nightmare. The dress was not at all what was posted on line. It was not even the same color. The dress was suppose to be yellow green and it was actually a dark lime green. When brought to their attention they said it was lighting and the computer monitor. ABSURD! So I attached the communication between the two of us. They BEGGED me to keep the dress. WHO DOES THAT?? "Hello I recieved a prom dress for my daughter and it was horrible. I knew it was a disaster when the deliver guy walks up with a formal dress in a bag! First of all tacky! even if they dress was right i wouldve had to take to the cleaners to get the wrinkles out. Then i opened the bag trying to brace myself and it was worst than i expected! the front of the dress was dirty like some one had touched it with greasy hands, it says online rhinestones but instead i recieved white lace and beads on a light blue dress who puts whaite lace on blue????? then the stitching was coming out at the bottom of the dress, the lace to tie up the back was only sown on one end so the other end was in frinches, and instead of the bodice lacing stopping at her waist it went 7 inches past her waist tieing it well below her bottom.And the roses and glued on and you can see the the glue ! I sent 8 photos via email and with a online chat requesting a return form (which is the only way they state to return items within 7days) and they asked can i take it to a tailor and they would give my 10% back. I was outraged. i ddnt send 1 or 2 photos but 8 photos! how dare them toeven suggust a tailor! So i have been emailing 3-4 times a day since i recieved it 4/20 and no response. i think they are trying to let the 7 days pass so they wont accept is is back. my daughter"s prom is coming soon so i had to wake up saturday morning to go find another dress. And they have some type of google telephone number as a contact they im sure they are well aware doesnt work. "
