"The sales rep was helpfull, the camera and lens are going to work out fine"
"I placed order on the ditital dopot online on May for D3S digital SLR camera to use the payment of AX. i got a confirmation eamil with the order no 69712-O. later on, they sent a email to me to ask contact with them immediately. before i cantacted with them, they called me told me that they didn't accpet AX (though on the web they accpet the AX), then i gave them visa card. meanwhile, the person, Ben Thomas told me the modle i ordered was not good and sugestion me to buy another one. but i still want to the one i ordered. he also accpeted. i thought things is done and just wait my order coming. after around 10 days, i got my package, but it's not the one i ordered. they sent D7000 DSLR to me. i called them immedately, told them i want to the one i ordered. though they persude me to accept D7000, i still rejected. the person, JOSH asked me to mail back D7000 and he told me will mail D3S to me. i told them must send to me asap, as i need to bring oversea. then i returned D7000 back via UPS. but i never get the D3S. i called couple of times to ask the tracking no. they can't give to me. and then Josh was disappered. i called and never can reach Josh. i called my credit card company, they already charged me. i asked the credit card company to dispute. meanwhile, digitaldepot charged to my credit card again on June. after couple of weeks, my credit card company sent a mail to me that they thought the purchas is valid cause digital depot showed the invoice to them with the item D7000. i called digital depot to ask what's going on. they told me because i called my credit card company to stop pay, so they didn't get the money. but i talked with the credit card company, they told me they did send the money to digital depot with two time. now, i didn't get any camera, but was charged twice for $4209.98. now, i have to go to the court to sue this company. why they showed the invoice to the credit company? they didn't mail anything to me . that's the really bad experience i never ever had it. on 10/31/2012, digital depot charged my credit card again for 2104.99 which i didn't place order to them anymore. it seems they keep charging my credit card. OMG. what is this the company. "

"I was looking to upgrade my camera and after searching for models and types along with prices I came across Digital Depot web site. At first I was skeptical about ordering online for that amount of money, but after reading other reviews and talking with the salesperson I was very confident. After I placed my order, I made a change and contacted them to discuss the change, I was informed that my original order was shipped, but if I still wanted to change it, I could call them back and make the adjustment. I called back to make the change and the customer service group was outstanding. I am very happy with my purchase and receiving the best price and service possible."
"Helpful,Fast and accurate."

"Digitaldepotonline.com3665 Wilshire Blvd Pasadena, CA 91050(You will need this to file a complaint with the BBB)This company is riddled with liars, rude CSRs & people willing to modify orders committing credit card fraud. I placed an order on 10/16/2012, called as per the instructions in the e-mail confirmation and in that phone call was advised the lens I ordered was out of stock & another better one was available. I decided to go ahead with that order against my better judgement but the card I had on me was expired. The salesman was supposed to call back in an hour to get the new number but did not. Overnight I had time to research the lens I was told about & decided it was cheap both in value & in quality so I got back online 10/17/2012 & reordered (new order #) the original lens with a different credit card. When I received the confirmation e-mail, the other lens was on the confirmation at $400+ more than the lens I ordered. I called my card company to make sure the charge wouldn't be processed & together we called Digital Depot. After a lengthy, rude discussion we were told they would make the order right by sending what I originally ordered with free shipping, a 3 piece lens kit and 5 year warranty. Today following up with them, I was advised they can refuse service to anyone - they are not going to make good on their word - & they hung up on me. For the record, the lens that was supposedly out of stock was included in a blast sales e-mail on Sat. 10/21/2012 as an in stock item on sale for 10% off. The fact that they only respond to positive feedbacks on here should speak for itself.10/23/2012 - I was contacted by the establishment late yesterday with an offer. I advised I wasn't interested in speaking to anyone but if they'd like to continue the dialogue via e-mail I would be more than happy to recount my version of all of the events leading to this posting. I was offered the sub-standard lens at the price of the Canon 24-70 ($899.88) which I declined and was then offered the newest lens at a small discount if I were to edit my review & make it 5 stars. I could not take the owners phone call as I had to get home to the electronics that would record it. I had all evening to review sites like this and Amazon & came to the conclusion that in order to make this right, the owner, who potentially is the person my credit card company & I spoke to yesterday anyway, would have to either send the lens I ordered (as of right now it is STILL listed as available if you buy it as a package deal) or send me the new one at the inflated price of the substandard lens (1,399.98) PLUS that they list their address on their web pages. That was 5 hours ago & I've received no response. I'm assuming part of the reason is because I didn't put this review on hold over night as Greg requested, but I can't help I don't have real internet access at home. I will update as needed.11/2/2012 Even Digital Depot Online's rebuttal has falsehoods in it as my own account above clearly disputes, which had to be verified by this site before it could be posted. I absolutely did not order the sub standard lens the second day. It absolutely was listed as available the next day, both alone & as a package and in fact was listed as for sale in a bulk e-mail for 10% off that went out to everyone on their e-mail list 4 days later. If you go to their site right now, no where does it say it is not in stock. They changed it for a few days on one item, forgetting about the packages, simply because this was going on and as soon as they thought it was put to rest they took the warning off. Please do not let all the changed stars & revised ratings sway your opinion. Quite frankly since that's also against the terms of this site and there's more than ample proof they do it, I don't know how they're getting away with it. These are bait and switch tactics. If you don't have something in stock, stop advertising it. Don't force people to call you and try to sell them something else plus other stuff besides. When customers have a grievance, deal with it appropriately before it escalates to this level. And asking you to post your address where it is visible is not too much to ask. Why don't we start here on this site. If Digital Depot Online is on the up & up as they seem to think they are, then they need to start acting like a legitimate business. We are talking about the exchange of $1,000's not penny candy. Time to step up."
"Customer service was great. I was happy to talk to a real person, that made sure I was getting what I needed. He was nice and polite, and got the job done! Thank you! "
"I just ordered the nikon D7000. The rep. I spoke with was very helpful. I can't wait to get my new camera and finish my photography class.Had a small issue with my new D7000.
