"I too have had major problems with this site and if I can get my money back, I will NEVER order from them again. I do not think that it is right for them to take the money for items until they have actually shipped them. But just because they say and reassure they have shipped the item it does not mean that you will ever see it. One of my items supposedly shipped two months ago and I have still not gotten it. I have tried writing to them several times so finally had to file a claim against that item and I am going to do the same for the second item today. I have written to them twice asking them to cancel the order and refund my money, but I am not sure there is anyone even there. This website is a scam and should be avoided at all costs!"
"I am not normally a public disgruntled purchaser. In this case I'm making an exception.Here's my beef. The product I ordered, an iHome iPod/Phone alarm dock was pretty obviously in my opinion not represented well in it's description from DailyCheckout.com. I was lead to believe that it would work with my iPod touch 3rd Gen and my wife's iPhone 4. This was not the case. When it arrived (which took a long time for coming from NJ) the box was a little tattered, but so what. I opened it up, set it up, set my iPod on it and (WHAM) instantly a notification that it would not charge my iPod. I tried my wife's iPhone... same deal. This was the selling factor for me.Here's what I'll own in this. I should have done more personal research on the product, how dare I trust something I read from a seller website... I thought I learned this lesson a long time ago.So, I write the RMA department of DailyCheckout.com to request a return based on it not working for my uses and what I was lead to believe. This was on 9-20-11. Today is 10-11-11. I haven't even heard a "no" back from the company.The lack of communication is why I write this review. If you're going to be a company that deals with people... deal with people. This company seems shady, and I will NEVER deal with them again, and will tell EVERYONE I know."
"Has to be the worst site to purchase items. I have tried to order 2 items from these idiots. First one they said it was preparing to ship. That state lasted for over 2 weeks and then sent me an email said they ran out of the item. The second item was in pending state for 2 weeks and when I wrote to them asking about the status they sent an email stating it was shipped and provided me with the tracking number. I tried clicking on the tracking number for 8 days and the the site still says it has not received the item from the shipper. By the way they did take the money and I had to dispute the charge"
"I don't want to spend too much time writing a review here... But I ordered a 1 year magazine subscription for 2.99 + shipping. I ordered it back in late June/Early July I believe, and I still have not recieved my first issue. (When I placed the order, it said I should recieve the first issue within 30 days)"

There is no such a thing and their published policy is total fake!!My original e-mail for refund was not answered in stated 12-36 hour time frame, as well as second one and the last reminder e-mail as well. "This happened to me twice now!! I will never order from there again. I placed an order and got an email with no shipping info. The first time I called and emailed multiple times and finally got my money refunded.... This time I can not get a hold of anyone. I have left multiple voice messages and emails and no response. I will call my credit card company and dispute the charge as well as contact the BBB. I don't care if people make mistakes but correct them!! "
"Well after a month of no item and horrible customer service my item has arrived! When I emailed them about my item taking so long they said they let UPS deliver to your local post office then USPS will deliver to you...even if that is the case I work in shipping and UPS does not take a month to deliver and USPS received the package one day and delivered it the same day...But Besides the Long shipping and the Extremely horrible customer service my item is correct and I am happy with it. But I will never to business again with Daily Checkout."

"I am glad I found this website, but unfortunately I found it after I placed my order. I am experiencing the same rotten customer service as everyone here. I finally made a complaint to the BBB and guess what? I received a response from the seller, through them, the same day. Amazing. "I was about to give up on this company when the problem was resolved by a dedicated customer service rep (Roy D.) Up to that point, I'd sent emails, left messages and received an assurance that the product would be reshipped in 48 hours, but never a tracking number. I finally connected with Roy D. who took over the problem, kept in contact and got me my order. Thanks, Roy, for doing the right thing and protecting your company's reputation and my future orders."
"I purchased a few things in the past with this site and was quite happy, but I ordered something on 5/17 that has gone bad. I received email that it had shipped on 5/26, but my order does not show up in the tracking reference at the UPS/US Mail site. Additionally, cannot I reach anyone by phone at Daily Checkout. I did receive an email reply sending me back to the USPS site, and replied again that my order was not listed. I received no reply.Based on what I read in recent ratings here, this poor service problem appears to have escalated. I am quite disappointed, and will be contacting PayPal for a resolution on my order.UPDATE: on 6/18/11I received the product today. It was received by USPS for shipping on 6/15 so the 3-week gap between the purported 5/26 "mailed" date and delivery to the shipper remains a mystery. I'm hopeful this is my last bad experience, because the deals really are good."
"OK, I've ordered from DailyCheckout before and have been relatively happy with my products and the shipping times; however this time...no way. I received an email stating the tracking number and product shipped. There was no number in the email to track product and when I requested them to send me an updated email I did not get a reply. After a month no product in the mail. I sent a request stating my displeasure and got a return email saying that I would receive a replacement product with 48 hours. It's been two weeks and I have yet to see the replacement. I tried calling and their number is a joke. It's a Google dial number and when they answer it always says that no one is there and to leave a message. I don't think anyone ever is at work there because I've called three different times and no response any time. I finally called and ran a dispute with my credit card company today. They will investigate the charge and file a dispute with the company. Lesson learned...don't order from them."

Not the RIGHT order, but still I guess I got something for my money, unlike some people here. Customer service NEVER responds. I've sent them three emails, all ignored. "I received my product (iCase rechargeable battery case for the iPhone G4) one month after I ordered it. The delay was long, but the annoyance and worry associated it could have been easily alleviated by better customer service. A few periodic email updates saying that there was a 2-3 week shipment delay would have made many customers (me included) feel more secure, rather than assume that we had been defrauded. I received a prompt customer service email within 24 hours when I finally emailed them about my still missing product 1 week after receiving a shipping notification. So much customer dissatisfaction could have been prevented by keeping us more in the loop. I received a good price on this product, and would not have minded waiting 4 weeks for it if I had known it was going to arrive late. I don't think I'll be shopping here again. It's just too bad."
