I have been waiting for 4 months for a simple $6.00 HD hanger for the case I ordered (over $200). The part never came in. Moreover, I never received any update unless I first contacted them.
Finally, Jim gave up on receiving the part, and said a refund was in the mail ($6.00, whoop, hardly makes up for the fact that I can't mount my 3rd HD). That was 3 weeks ago, and I have heard nothing since.
Jim is a nice guy, but something is amiss if the customer has to pester for 4 months to get any information."
"Great company. Great experience. I was looking all over the net for some round IDE and floppy cables. Lots to choose from, but everybody had outregeous shipping prices. Once company had the floppy cable for 4.95 and shipping was $6! Ordered the cables on Thursday, they showed up Monday. Selling price was $21.90, shipping was $4.00 via USPS Priority Mail! The actual shipping charge on box shows $5.40! I feel so bad, I'm going to send them the other $1.40!!!! I will definitely be back!"

Addtronics cases are especially hard to find, and it's nice to know there is a high quality outfit from where to get them. Now, these cases are on the expensive side, but they are the best.
