Our family found the memoir after my mother passed away and felt it was a treasure to share with other family. We printed out 24 copies for her siblings, nieces, and nephews. We got wonderful feedback from everyone! <br><br>I used the templates for the Adobe program InDesign that Blurb provides and these worked out very well. I included poetry and photos sprinkled throughout the book and was very pleased with the outcome. The cover looked just beautiful and the black and white printing inside was clear and crisp. It turned out to be a wonderful tribute to my mother and something we can all pass down to future generations. Customer Service has been very helpful in resolving an issue I had using InDesign to pdf, and then uploading the data. I plan to have more books printed in the feature and would highly recommend Blurb to others. There software is pretty straight forward, somewhat limited, but when they offered the option to convert to .pdf from InDesign, that solved any layout issues anyone might have, (in my opinion). Their Bookify program is super easy to use (made me wonder how I hadn\u0027t discovered them sooner!). That means ISBN numbers and permissions for fotos, etc....ay!ay!ay! *lol* The order was for 20 Books: full-color, square format, softcover, 119 pages, no paper upgrades. They arrived 2 days early! ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING QUALITY! Opted for standard paper and it is gorgeous! The photographs are crisp and clear; the format is just as I envisioned! We\u0027ve shown this off to sooo many people and they, too, were impressed. Although, we haven\u0027t used any other printer, we did \u0022research\u0022 many self-publishing companies and always come back to Blurb! The only drawback in considering them was COST...it IS pricey. Cost is $27.95 per book. There are price breaks at volume orders, but these were only for family so we waited for a promotion and alas received 30% off, dropping the price to $19.57 per book!!
