Maybe too good to be true. <br>I was a little worried that A) The website has no way allowing you to track the backs when they\u0027re shipped B) There is no customer service number listed on the website, I had to google it to find it, and even when I did find it and call it, the prompt on the phone told me I was first in the queue and a minute later asked me to leave a name and number so that they could get back to me! WOW.<br>It\u0027s been 8 days since I\u0027ve placed the order. The delivery method I picked was \u0022Air\u0022, yet still no book.<br>I contacted the seller, I\u0027ve had no response. I\u0027m already looking elsewhere for this book for school. I can find used books at a good price. All the books that I received were in excellent condition. The mailing time was 3 to 10 days (mostly within 4 days). However, both times that I ordered (multiple book orders) one book went missing in transit. Biblio responded promptly to my query and contacted the bookseller on my behalf. In the first instance the book company resent another book (I received it 3 days later). In the latest order,the money was refunded by the book company. "So far I haven't received the book, but I have high hopes that it will come soon - perhaps in the post tomorrow. I was very impressed with how biblio 'remembered' that I wanted a particular book and got back in touch to tell me it was available to buy. It was a good price and the condition sounds just the job. The website also said I could have 12 books postage free, which I thought was a very good thing - so I completed the form but found at the end that it was only for Canadian and American people. I had another email saying "oops, did you forget to apply for free postage", but apart from this minor hiccup, I was impressed that you got in touch on two occasions to say that the book I was interested in was in stock. The first time I didn't buy it, but the next time the price and the condition were just right, and I am looking forward to getting the book and to enjoying cooking its recipes. Many thanks!
