"Horrible customer service. If I had read the reviews on this website previously, I would have never ordered anything from this company. I placed an order for a Nikon D5200 from this company and received an email indicating that my order was processed and that it would be shipped within "48 business hours". What does that mean? Either way, I contacted the company via telephone and was told that my item was scheduled to ship that day and that I would be receiving a tracking number by the close of business. It is now two days past that and I have not received a tracking number and the company is closed for a mysterious holiday. I am waiting for this company to either get my camera to me as soon as possible, or I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and with my credit card company. I will also launch a campaign and seek a class action suit against this company as well as notifying local television stations to air these deceptive business practices so that no one ever orders from them again."
"Ordered Nikon 3200 on 9/15/13. Best price photo called me on 9-16-13 tried to up sale then told me my camera would ship within 2 days. They charged my card on 9-16-13 for the full amount so I thought my camera shipped. Called them on 9-23-13 inquiring of a tracking number. They told me it would be emailed today. After not receiving it I called again on 9-24-13 and asked for a tracking number. I was told they were behind sending tracking. At that point I knew the camera was not shipped. Requested my order be cancelled.The response was " Order cancelled wouldn't receive refund for 30 days...hung up! Called Chase and they refunded immediately! Don't buy anything from this company...just using customers money."
"Started to have doubts, checked this site and saw the same types of things I was experiencing. Tried to speak with them.... someone said a short hello once when I called (no company identification) and then it quickly went to music and then a hang up. Future calls only got me soothing music. I have emailed all of their departments and they cannot reassure me of their integrity, only responding with a phone number. We have now cancelled our order and shut off the bank card that we had given them the information of! whew SO glad for the info on this site before we ended up a month down the road with this still going on and them charging restocking fees etc as someone below mentioned. If they are going to stay in business they are going to simply HAVE to become more consumer savy or develop some integrity or something! Thanks for taking the time to tell of your experiences folks!"
"This place is a joke - supposedly closed for three days for religious reason that "are posted all over my site" Just look at site again - no mention of religous holidays. His only religion is money. What a fraud. Ordered product on 9-9-13 and still don't have it as of 9-24-13. Stay away from this site."

"I would recommend to avoid BestPricePhoto at all cost. I am also suspicious about so many folks giving 4 start or 5 start rating to these guys. I have ordered a camera 10 days back; the order is still under process. The site still shows that they have it in stock. When I call these customer care number, no body answers but when you call their sales number, it is answered but if you start talking about the existing order, the folks will hang up on you (happened twice). BE AWARE Worst customer care.. It looks to be a phony company. Whenever you call, expect to wait for 25-30 minute before being put on another hold for 20 min and then someone will hung up on you. They will take the order and never ship..BE AWARE.. The price mentioned on the website are cheap for a reason.. I feel they don't have any intentions to ship the items and just I am worried that they just want to collect your personal info. I wish I could be wrong.."
"not a good company to buy electronics. i ordered a camera aug.20,2013,today is already sept.14 still no camera. i already disputed thru my credit card about the order. talk to sales rep and trying to call them every other day after the delivery target date was given which was sept 3 to 4 just to follow up they had a lot of alibi's and reason to give,they are rude and trying to put you on hold for 20 to 30 mins. very disappointed. i ordered due to cheap price for camera. planning to file a false advertisement and fraud and report to better business bureau if not resolved."

"Honestly, one of the worst online purchasing experiences, ever. Customer service is non-existent. If you call or Email customer service, do not expect a reply or anyone to pick up the phone. On the off chance someone does pick up the phone, you are immediately placed on indefinite hold. My order was placed on August 26 and processed on August 28, with free 7-9 day ground shipping. It is now September 13, and no sign of the camera, nor any confirmation from BPP that it has even been shipped. I have emailed and called the company several times (22 phone calls according to my iPhone...no joke, and have not been able to speak with a customer service rep, not even ONCE). I've had no response from BPP outside of two early Emails saying my order was being processed, and another that I could expect it 10-12 days after processing (note that they extended the shipping window by 3 days on either side of the range). I have since expressed my desire to cancel my order (email sent September 7), and of course, no response to my Email or answer when I call. I've left two voice mails expressing my desire to cancel the order, and same result, nothing. I've now taken the necessary steps to try and have the charge reversed by the bank, as I have given up on BPP. The only efficient part of this process on BPP's part was in charging my credit card It is so incredibly frustrating dealing with an unresponsive, faceless customer service team. DON"T BE LURED BY THE PRICES!!! I wish my experience was different and that I was able to have an experience like others who have commented on this site. Buyer Beware!"

"I am on hold with BestPricePhoto as I type this. I ordered a Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS30 Digital Camera on August 14, 2013. It's now 28 DAYS LATER and I still don't have the tracking number, or my CAMERA! I have NOT gotten one phone call or email from customer service with any updates on the status of my order either! BestPricePhoto, WHERE IS MY CAMERA???UPDATE: After waiting 30 Days with no results and no phone call from customer Service, I cancelled my my order on Sept. 13, 2013. After canceling my order, I'm still waiting for a VALID Cancellation # as per the companies policy. I did receive a call from the Manager today, He said that they will provide me with a VALID Cancellation # as soon as I UPDATE my original review! He informed me that they would be charging me a 10% restocking fee for the camera I never received. What??? Sounds like a threat to me! The Manager also stated that there wouldn't be a 10% restocking fee, once I changed my original review! Well, here's my UPDATE! I have now made 2 complaints with the BBB and will be contacting my Bank tomorrow!"

"I would highly recommend... Not dealing with BPP!!!. I ordered a Panasonic digital on 8/9 of this year and paid extra for expedite shipping. It is still not here as I write this on 9/7!!! I had a discussion about 12 days ago where they said Panasonic would send me an email 3 days before it was delivered. A week later I talked to them again and was confidently told that it would arrive the Tuesday after Labor Day between 11 and 5. It's the Saturday after and still no camera!!!! I called yesterday and they said their offices were closed the entire week for the Holiday. I am fed up - I ordered this in order to use on an European vacation that begins in 6 days. Again, don't buy from this company. I have an update on this review. I got hold of BPP this afternoon, they admitted that they had a problem with their systems and offered a full refund. They also are going to send me a 3 year warranty for any digital camera I will buy as well as a unidentified gift as compensation for my stress and worry. I personally think they made this situation right for me and kudos to Roger at BPP for talking with me today."
