"Ordered MMD Mustang Quarter Window Louvers - Pre-painted (05-13), American Muscle was too cheap to provide extra adhesive strips in the event you messed up your installation, so basically you were screwed from the start. The louvers mounted okay, but then due to the adhesive strips not being mounted right and no extras you were left with large gaps in your louver that were obvious from anyone looking at them. I am very disappointed in this product and want a replacement with adequate extra adhesive strips or a full refund immediately."

"My purchase with American Muscle went outstandingly well. The item I wanted was out of stock so I contacted customer service. The got back to me right away and said they would have them back in stock in a week. In less than a week they emailed me to say they had stock again. I placed the order and got my new shift knob in two day. The product was good, the price was great but their service was over the top."

"My wife ordered the BOSS Power Package (order # 1919005) The package does NOT have the right ARAID cold air intake kit ! I called "the American Muscle Experts" six times and was just simply monkeyed around on the phone for 3 days, with no good answers, but a lot of lip service ! So I called the ARAID company and they knew the problem. The kit should of had a ARAID 450-174 tube and sleeve to connect to the BOSS 302 manifold. The AM Expert named Rob, who said he put this kit together told me AM doesn't carry the correct ARAID kit and that's why I was sent the wrong kit. He also told me I was just supposed to try and re-angle the sleeve or fabricate a new one to make the wrong kit fit ! Finally, after three attempts of trying to talk to a manager about this, I was connected with a Supervisor named George. Still waiting to hear back from George... My number is: 206-300-3717 "

"I like your web site, it provides excellent info both in presentation and ease of use, as well as the right amount of detail to close the sale on the items. I also appriciated the videos both on how to install the after market add ons and the excellent ideals they provide for future purchases and possible modifications to my Mustang. Researching, ordering and the shipping process was all stress free, easy and actualy fun to do. I also really liked the method of follow up and tracting of the shippment to my house and the quality of the products i recieved. Excellent attention to all aspects of the entire sales process from start to finish. I wished I could order all my maintenance and replacement Ford parts for my Mustang through American Muscle. I would pay up to a 10% higher price for the ease of the entire process you provide over auto parts stores, dealership parts and or Ford Parts online. I am in sales myself and normaly would never comment on a survey like this and to be honest I have never enjoy researching and buying parts for anything online or at the stores. In general real and complete customer service like you are providing does not exist very often in the present day pursuit of products and services. Thanks for a very satisfing experience."
