"This place had the lowest price around. I saw terrible reviews for it but thought it couldn't hurt to try it out. I just _had_ to find out if it was for real.
Ordered a Sony HDR-SR7 camcorder which was reported as in stock. Next day got an email to call them (no surprises--other people who ordered from them had the same thing happen). I called them and [again, no surprises] was told that it was out of stock and they wouldn't get any more for 3 weeks. I promptly canceled my order without buying any upgraded kits or accessories.
The camera is still listed as being in stock because that's how they sucker people into placing orders and then having to call them.
So my curiosity is satisfied. Don't waste your time ordering from this place. Spend the extra bucks at trustworthy retailers and you don't have to worry about bait-and-switch tactics."

Not to mention they were the only ones with that camera in stock (panasonic hvx200).
All said and done, they gave me a free upgrade to 2 day air and added two extra years onto my warranty just because I asked.
Buy it with the kit and you'll get it, soon, mine shipped that day. If you try to get one without the kit, then your not going to get it, look elsewhere I guess."

I placed an order for a single camera, which was (and still is) listed as "In Stock", yet they ask you to call after you place the order because it's now "Out of Stock". "We don't know when the website will be updated." Yeah, right.
They still have it though, if I want to upgrade to the package that costs $164 more to include a couple of lens cleaners, a plastic case, and a spare battery. Otherwise, I can try back in two weeks (which, from others' comments, I'm sure won't make a difference).
This is the classic definition of Bait and Switch. I'm going to post to http://www.bbb.org now."
"I have checked with this merchant a number of times via the internet. Each time I tried to place an order for a Sony hvr-a1 the resulting checkout process would show none in stock. I have called them and they have said that they will get them in and to check periodically. Their rating looks good so I every now and then check to see if they have it. Yesterday June 27th, they showed it was in stock. I completed the purchasing process and they accepted my credit card. Then within about an hour I received a confirmation and then a note to contact their customer service. I did that today the 28th of June. I was told that it was not in stock but if I purchased one of their kits then it would be availalbe. I think this bait and switch? She even offered to double the warranty if I purchased the kit for $1999.00, versus the $1475.00 I paid. So now I have the option of waiting to see if they get it in. And of course the order will be canceled within two weeks by them if it does not arrive. The order was for the compete camera and all the accessories as stated on their web site. This is pure crap and should not be tolerated. By the way I did purchase a camcorder from buydig.com and they followed through as professionals. When they did not have something in stock they alerted me and allowed me to cancel. I also received the credit right away."
"When I placed an order this store reply right away but when I email with a problem with the camcorder they never reply. I called them and they just passed me to manufacturer number to contact. When they already got your money it's done. Watch out for accessories kit. It's the bate. SD card I got doen't fit to Canon camcorder at all. Never come back to this store. Very disatisfied."
"I researched many online stores for the Panasonic 58" Plasma TV Model TH58PX600U, I was impressed by the low price and attractive package deal it offfers, but I was "skeptic" about it because I never bought any things from Zoommania and did not know if it was a fake. I am an active online shopper for many years, but I am also very cautious of where to place my order.
I called the store and talked to the sales Rep. who answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The Sales Rep. was so professional, helpful and candit that I placed my order of $3,348.00 with her.
They delivered the TV on time and the TV came in perfect conditions. I would definitely come back to Zoommania for future buys if the price fits my expections. "

"I read some of the other reviews and was somewhat hesitant, but I ordered my Sony HDR-HC7 Camcorder from Zoommania. I called in my order and had no problem getting through. The representative I spoke to was very helpful in helping me figure out which shipping option to use. The product was shipped to my house on time."

"Nice price for a HVX200....$3699...and they said they had it in stock, and then proceeded to sell me the travel package (said it was that or wait till 12/14 for just the camera) and send it overnight all for $169 which is relatively fair for all the stuff i got. and it was cheaper than most of the other places were selling the camera alone for, so i guess i am satisfied. $4500 for the travel package sent to my house next day is pretty fair for this cam....."
