They are scamming people with rebates. As with everyone else, i submitted my rebate in April, the confirmation page shows its processing but ZZF isn't paying the rebate company. Calls to ZZF go unanswered, probably going bankrupt soon. "

"Still awaiting rebate 7 months later. Rebate center has cleared but ZipZoomFly won't pay. ZipZoomFly never responded to emails regarding rebate status. Beware, avoid this outfit."

"Bought 64 bit windows 7 home premium oem software. Submitted required materials for $10 rebate. Was sent confirmation and tracking #. Six months later I have not received rebate. 3rd party rebate handler says that submission was approved by them and sent to zipzoomfly to be finalized. I was told to contact zipzoomfly directly but not to expect much because not much is happening with their rebates. $10 is not much, but on principle I will steer clear of zipzoomfly in the future."

"PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not buy ANYTHING from this company. They are advertising very good prices which they arrive at by offering rebates. After 6 months I called the 800# to check on my rebate. Told Zipzoomfly is not FUNDING any rebates and there is no money to pay the rebates.
Calls and emails to zipzoomfly go unanswered. They must be close to bankruptcy. I plan on filing a mail fraud complaint with the post office because it was a mail in offer.

This company is slimy. Save your money and buy somewhere else. If you see a good rating here re: zipzoomfly, it's probably one of the managers writing. It sure as h--l is not a customer!"

"This outfit refuses to pay their rebates. Avoid them. They ripped me off for three rebates before I realized how bad they are. If you try to follow up with them, they will ignore you."

"The worst company ever -- stay away from this company! I submitted my rebate more than 6 months ago and I got nothing at all. So I ended up calling the rebate center and the rebate center said sorry to me but they didn't have authorization to process this rebate and I have to call Zipzoomfly directly to get the rebate. I called the number but only got message -- no live person even for customer service. Dishonest company!"

"I have been waiting 9 months for rebates from this seller. After contacting the rebate warehouse, I have found that zipzoomfly is holding the process up. They are not only ignoring my emails, but their automated system that thrusts you into a particular rebate form printed me the wrong form. So 1/3 of my rebates is not even eligible anymore. I will never buy from these jokers again. I hope I can save others the hassle by mentioning their crappy service here."

"Like all others, after checking with the rebate house, I have not received my rebate because it was not authorized by Zip Zoom Fly. The company won't return emails or phone calls regarding the rebates. What they are doing feels illegal. Stay far away from this retailer."

"Don't order from this retailer, especially if you plan to participate in their rebates. Because they won't pay them. I have 2 rebates coming from two different Genius brand headphones. The rebate clearinghouse approved my rebate applications and forwarded them to ZipZoomFly to pay me. That's where it ends. The company won't answer the phone, won't respond to emails and won't pay their rebates. Don't order from this company and expect a rebate. It won't happen."

"No $10 rebate for my Hitachi 1GB drive after 4 months. Emailed customer service. No reply. Called customer service and you are greeted by Answering machine. What a crap customer service. Swindling customers of the rebate. This would be my last purchase from them."
