"evidently, zappos is currently having some major issues shipping and tracking orders. my in-stock order, with extra paid 3-day delivery is now on it's eleventh day and they still can't even give me a tracking number. to their credit, they given back the shipping charges, upgraded me to "vip" (one day shipping at no charge) and two $25 discount coupons on future orders. what future orders?? why would I ever?? they blame it on a mysterious "system update" that has affected over 100,000 orders. "
"Sept 29th - Made an order Sept 30th - canceled order since the site upgrades may hold up the packages for too long, decide to order later down the road. October 3rd - Reordered since a CS member told me the ugprades are almost done. Found out that Zappos is finally shipping out the packages but at a very slow rate.
October 4th: So Zappos FINALLY shipped my last order at 12 midnight and it's on delivery today. I was shocked considering UPS does not deliver that late, but I guess since Zappos is so behind with thousands of orders they had to get them all out of the warehouse in KY asap. I'm currently waiting for my order to be delivered to me. I'm relieved that Zappos managed to ship out the package despite the so-called "WMS Project" being the cause of all the delays. However, even though I'm relieved that Zapops finally got their packages back up and running, I will NOT shop with them anymore unless I absolutely have to. I rather just suck up the 3-5 day shipping of other retailers because then I will know that my order is on its way to me and not holed up in some warehouse. I'm officially done with Zappos. It's a shame really because their CS is awesome! Too bad. Goodbye Zappos."

"We ordered some swimsuits for a trip we were taking to Hawaii. The box showed up with the women's swimsuits fine, but we got a backpack instead of men's board shorts. We called them and they said they had misinventoried alot of the board shorts as backpacks. They sent us a shipping label to send back the backpack, but having to send it back is a pain. We were going to have the board shorts sent to Hawaii directly, but because of the slowness of shipping (the agent said he could only ship it priority mail, not overnight or two day air), we cancelled everything and I bought my son a pair here in town. They offered us a $20 coupon for our time, but frankly, this was a pain. I have heard about Zappos great service, but this mistake was a hassle for our family. Not sure I'd do it again. "
