"I was supposed to have received my full order on 4/26. On May 5th I finally received partial order and it was the wrong brand! Not to mention I was actually charged more without my knowledge. The remaining of my order is lost and no one in customer service can tell me a status. Most unorganized web site and customer service/sales team. "
"I too obted for the free lamp module which was charged but never arrived, I got real stupid and order a thermostat $300. they charged my card, returned two emails, but now they are gone, no email, no phone numbers on site... off to call credit card company"
"Don't shop here. They don't ship their products and they won't answer your emails. In my case they didn't even charge my credit card. It just says pending and it will probably never ship. I think its just a website, but no one is actively working on shipping orders or anything. Its a shame because I really wanted that zwave light controller to use with new Harmony 890. "
"I had the exact same experience with this company as the other reviewers. I placed my order on December 3. My credit card was charged on December 8, and the status updated to "shipped." I contacted them on December 30, when I still had not received either a tracking number or the item. They immediately updated the status saying they had shipped it to the wrong address, and that it would be going out immediately with an arrival date of January 2. Well, it's January 3, and still no tracking number or merchandise. I've requested that they provide me with my order or tracking number, or return my money. I have a feeling I'll need to dispute the charges - and I spent about $100, so don't think it's just because you try to take advantage of the free module sale."
"Like the other reviewer, I initially ordered from ZWave Products to take advantage of their free zwave lamp module offer.I placed the order on December 10, and my credit card was charged December 10. I received an e-mail about 5 days later saying the order would be shipped by 12/17. Finally on 12/22 their website was updated to say it was shipped by UPS, but no tracking number was supplied. It is now January 2 and I still have not received the lamp module or a tracking number. I have tried contacting them several times over the past week to get a tracking number but have not received a reply. I would not order from them again.Update 1/15: This is funny to see the other reviewer comment because I got the exact same thing on 1/2, that it was "shipped to the wrong address" and that I would have a tracking number that night. Well it is now 1/15 and I have not heard back from zwave products. I went ahead and reversed the charge. It seems their service is getting worse - past reviews said they actually received their products it just took 3 - 4 weeks. Now its getting to the point of fraud where they are telling their customers that they have shipped to the wrong address when clearly nothing was shipped at all."
"I originally went to ZWave Products' website to take advantage of their offer for a free lamp module (which lets you remotely operate a plugin lamp with any ZWave capable remote]) with the purchase of any Harmony 890 or Harmony 1000 from any retailer. While placing the order I found out that the module isn't exactly free - they charge $14.48 for "shipping" which they charged to my credit card that same day.On the 11th of February, their website updated my order status to "Processing" with a ship date of 15 Feb, and a note that tracking would be sent at that time. The 15th came and went, with no update in my order status. I sent my first e-mail to ZWave on the morning of the 23rd of February inquiring as to the order status. That evening I received an automated e-mail saying my order status had been updated to "shipped" but no tracking number was supplied. I replied and asked for a tracking number, and never received a reply.I sent another e-mail through their website on the 1st of March, informing them that I still hadn't received my module, or at least a tracking number. Again, I received no reply. I sent a 4th and final e-mail on the 5th of March requesting an immediate response as to the status of my order before contacting my bank about the charges on my card. As usual, no one responded to my e-mail.I contacted my bank, and although the amount was under the minimum amount for which they'd allow me to initiate a dispute, the bank refund me the $14.48. This morning (13 March) ZWave Products' website finally showed a UPS tracking number, and the UPS website did indicate that the shipping billing info has been received by UPS. If I actually receive my item, I'll provide an update to the review. Of course, now I have to call my bank and have them undo the refund.I would highly caution anyone looking to buy ZWave items from this website - their customer service is non-existent, they charge you long before shipping your items, and the time from submitting your order to receiving your items can be measured in not days or weeks, but months. I will not be doing business with these guys again."
