"i was very pleased with the speed in which i was notified that the item i ordered (gel foam pillow) was out of stock. and was given an approximate shipping date which was right on target. i would not hesitate to order from this company again."
"I placed an order on a Friday. I got a confirmation of the "order being processed". I called on Wednesday and was told the order had been shipped on Tuesday.One week later I called to get the tracking number that had been promised and was told that the article "had just been shipped". I questioned this and was told there "are no records of any call".I was then told that " we have TWO WEEKS to get it to you". This is not what I was told and it is not what the respondent on my first call told me.If it was shipped today there is no way it will arrive "in two weeks" from my order date.This "merchant" charges a hefty fee for "shipping and handling" and has yet to provide the product.I would NEVER purchase anything from this organization again and will insure that any and every one that is on my mailing list will be made aware of this crowd."
"I recently purchased an anti-snoring Mouth guard. I was using another product with similar attributes. This new one however was far superior and felt much more comfortable in my mouth instantly. The anti-snoring mouth guard also worked better and I am thrilled as also my wife that I got it."

"DO NOT order from this store. After placing an order and recieving invoice, i heard nothing for 3 weeks. The day of the order i was able to log in and track my purchase, however after 2 days, i was locked out of the system--no way to see status of the order. The company offers online chat or phone #, but is only avialable 9-4 M-F, no weekend hours. After 3 weeks of waiting and attempting to log in, i left work to call they company, and discovered they canceled my order WITHOUT EVEN NOTIFYING ME! HORRIBLE!!!!!! I wish I could rate 0 stars!"

"Very Very POOR Customer UN-service!I had a very unsatisfactory and extremely maddening conversation this morning with someone named Scott who says he is the general manager of this companys customer service department. I was following up on the status of our order for some kink free hoses that are evidently very popular and on back order. Last correspondence from the company indicated a ship date around 3rd week of May.I wanted to see if that date was still good or had maybe even been improved. What I was told is "That has another 4-6 week lead time" in a very dry and unconcerned manner. I replied "wow do you mean beyond the 3rd week in May?" I was told plainly "yes" - no apology no concern no sympathy of any kind... I said "that's crazy - we ordered this on April 19 with an anticipated (per your website) 24-48 hour shipment." His reply "Nothing I can do about it - I don't have the product so it can't be shipped" I said " Do you even care" Is this how you speak to all of your customers? If so maybe I should cancel my order and place it somewhere else" His reply "That's your choice ma'am"I was very put off by his cavalier attitude, and mentioned that his lack of concern for an unhappy customer was disturbing and asked if there was someone else I could speak to in management. He snidely replied "I AM THE GENERAL MANAGER". From my perspective this is not a good reflection on this company at all to have someone like this managing the customer SERVICE dept.I have since spoken with someone else in sales who was a lot more helpful; however I have chosen to cancel my order and am going to pass along in as many ways possible NOT to do business with Your Store Online if this is how this company chooses to do business. Let me also mention that the website is also extremely user unfriendly with respect to being able just to login to do follow up which is how I ended up making the phone call....I don't know if anybody is even going to read this or care but I'm taking the chance that maybe someone in the company actually knows what the words Customer and Service mean.If I or the company I worked at for 26-1/2 years had treated my customers in this manner neither of us would have survived... Should you want to contact me you can give me a phone number to call to discuss....Not a happy customer!!"
