"Product was delivered quickly and as advertised at a better price than anywhere else. when i called back about rebate info that was offered the customer service person handled me quickly and professionally. Will definetly do business with them again in the future."

" EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED !!
When I asked BEFORE purchasing a $1725
Humminbird 998CSI what their return policy was I was told 14
days.Upon getting it I was concerned if it would work on my boat.I
called to get a return number & was THEN informed by opening
& breaking the seal on the box I now would owe a 20% or $345
fee.I have bought electronics locally & if such a fee exists a
sticker is on the box. There was none here.
Salesperson was dishonest when I asked of return policy &
no warning sticker on box tells me this a dishonest company.
What make matter worse is I asked for some technical help
before purchase & got no help.It was after several calls to
Xtreme Navigation that I was directed to call Humminbird .
Twice got people who would read from a marketing script &
where of no help.Every time I called Humminbird would
be put on hold for 20-40 minutes. Finally gave up & ordered it
as I was told I had 14 days to return it, which was a lie.If
order person had been honest & told me of 20% restock would
never have ordered & saved me a ton of time & frustration.
Here's the real kicker.Now that I'm stuck with the unit I make
several call to Humminbird, all with long waits.Finally I'm told I
need to email in pictures of my boat so they can determine
where to put transducer or if Side Imaging will work on my boat
at all. Told could get me an answer possible same day they
receive these picture.Today is now 13 days !!!!!!!! Couldn't
return machine now as 14 day to return has long passed!
Been screwed by Xtreme Navigation & Humminbird.Will
never use either AGAIN.A mouth now and unit still sits in the
box.
Ironically I have never written a review before but
couldn't let this go by.Prime example why to buy locally
where you can talk to someone eye to eye, especially
expensive & technical purchases.
HORRIBLE EXPERIANCE & STILL NOT RESOLVED!!

"Good price. Fast shipping. I haven't had chance to install yet as am in process working on the boat. So as a review of XtremeNavigation I'll just say they were quick and efficient on the shipping and at the time I bought, the price was the best I could find."

"I purchased a Humminbird depthfinder from XtremeNavigation a month ago. The price was the best, service was great, and my order arrived in about 2 days, even though I had standard shipping. I strongly recommend XtremeNavigation!

"Great Pricing, shipping and product. I was a little weary of ordering from them just because they had the lowest price, but the order arrived quickly and the communication on the status of my order was great. I ordered this a week after another product from another site, and got this product 1 week prior to the other product. I would buy from them again."

"To be honest, I was extremely skeptical and nervous about ordering from XtremeNavigation. I had never heard of this website before and to boot, the prices seemed to good to be true. After much hesitation I reluctantly placed the order with XtremeNavigation.

To my amazement, 4 days later my purchase was on my doorstep brand new in the box. The product was in perfect condition and I was also able to send in the mail-in rebate.

My experience with XtremeNavigation has made me a believer. I am recommending this site to anyone who is willing to listen. I do not think you can beat the prices anywhere else."
